Study On The Characteristics Of Syndrome Treatment And Medication Law In Patients With Acute Ischemic Stroke Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Sharing System

Purpose: This topic is based on the traditional Chinese medicine clinical research technology platform,information integration in changchun university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy in patients with acute ischemic stroke as the research object,to get from the real world of traditional Chinese medicine clinical research data,using data mining technology to analyze the acute phase of ischemic stroke patients Characteristics of Syndrome Treatment and Medication law,prevention and treatment for the acute phase of ischemic stroke provide certain guidance.Method: Through preprocessing the data extracted from the acute ischemic stroke database,it can be transformed into scientific data that can be analyzed and mined.Data analysis methods such as frequency analysis,cluster analysis,and association rule analysis are applied to the acute phase of ischemic stroke.The patient's general condition,TCM syndrome type,drug frequency and category,drug cluster analysis,common drug pairs and drug combinations were used for data mining.Result: The average age of people with this disease is 64.43 years old,and the age is mainly concentrated in 50-79 years old,and mainly men.In the past medical history,66.80%of patients had hypertension,38.38% had diabetes,25.32% had dyslipidemia,and 18.34% had coronary heart disease.In the acute phase of ischemic stroke patients,the meridians are the main ones.The three types of syndromes are the most common,mostly phlegm-resolving,syndromes of syndromes of stroke,syndromes of phlegm and collaterals,and disturbances on the wind and fire.Liver and wind,vent heat for the treatment principle.High-frequency drugs(>100 times)have 52 flavors,including Pinellia terrestris,Poria,leeches,Gastrodia,Atractylodes macrocephala,Gorgon fruiting,etc.,high-frequency drugs category has blood circulation and phlegm drugs(23.23%),Huatanzhikechuanchuan medicine(11.42%),Pinggan Xifeng medicine(10.78%),cluster analysis showed that high-frequency drugs can be grouped into four categories,based on Banxiabaizhu Tianma Decoction and Xinglou Chengqi Decoction.Through association rules analysis,12 groups of commonly used drug pairs and 11 groups of drug combinations were obtained.Through the analysis of complex networks,the core drugs Pinellia tuberculosis,Poria cocos,Rhizoma gastrodiae,Atractylodes macrocephala,Rhynchophorus ferrugineus,and Eupolyphaga striatus were obtained.Conclusion: The general situation:(1)The incidence of ischemic stroke patients in the acute phase is mostly older men;(2)Patients are often complicated with hypertension,diabetes,dyslipidemia and coronary heart disease.Characteristics of syndrome treatment: in the acute stage of ischemic stroke,the majority of patients have wind-phlegm syndrome to block collaterals,while the treatment is to remove phlegm,remove stasis,calm hepatic polyps,and release heat through the internal organs.Medication law: commonly used blood circulation expectorant drugs,phlegm cough and asthma drugs,Pinggan Pinfeng medicine,tonic medicine and heat-removing drugs,etc.,treatment with Banxiabaizhu Tianma Decoction and Xingqi Chengqi Decoction.
