1 BackgroundAdenoid hypertrophy is a common upper airway disease in pediatrics.It is often accompanied by obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea,which affects children's health and growth At present,the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy mainly focuses on surgery and Western medicine conservative treatment.Although the role of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment has been gradually recognized,there is still a lack of unified understanding of its etiology,pathogenesis and treatment.Each scholar's experience is only summarized subjectively by following the teacher and clinical medical records,lacking objective basis.On the one hand,it affects the clinical treatment of the disease,which is not conducive to the improvement of diagnosis and treatment or the promotion and application of experience;on the other hand,it also affects the further study and research,which is not conducive to the exertion of the advantages and characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The tutor Traditional Chinese Medicine2 ObjectiveBased on the real world medical records,this paper collects and collates the medical records of Professor Wu Liqun in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy,analyzes and summarizes the rules of syndrome and treatment of Professor Wu in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy,including the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis,the characteristics of syndrome differentiation,the characteristics of syndrome,the rules of prescription and medication,etc.3 MethodsThrough collecting and sorting out the medical records of children with adenoid hypertrophy who were treated in the tutor's clinic in the past,using data analysis and mining methods(online analysis technology,complex network method,etc.),this paper digs and summarizes the rules of syndrome and treatment(including the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation characteristics,medication rules,etc.)of the tutor in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy.4 Result88 cases,368 visits and 522 prescriptions were studied and analyzed.The results are as follows:4.1 Symptom characteristicsThe common symptoms of the disease are snoring,nasal congestion,mouth breathing,cough,tonsil enlargement,runny nose,dry stool,pharyngeal congestion,poor sleep,expectoration,etc.Among them,snoring,nasal obstruction,mouth breathing and other symptoms are the most frequent and most closely related.The most common tongue texture is red tongue texture,light red tongue texture and red tongue tip.The common tongue coating is white and thick,white tongue coating and thin white tongue texture.4.2 Syndrome characteristicsThe common clinical single syndrome types are phlegm dampness,blood stasis,spleen qi deficiency,exogenous wind evil,lung heat,lung qi deficiency,yin deficiency,wind heat attacking lung,Qi deficiency,internal heat,etc.Phlegm and blood stasis syndrome is the most common syndrome type.The next is spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome,spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm heat syndrome,lung and spleen deficiency syndrome.4.3 Disease characteristicsHanzheng is the core disease of Traditional Chinese Medicine,while Biqiu,Manrue,cough,Bizhi,sweat syndrome,Yiganer,Duodongzheng and constipation are common diseases of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Allergic rhinitis,tonsillar hypertrophy,upper airway cough syndrome,respiratory tract infection and recurrent respiratory tract infection were the most common diseases in western medicine.4.4 Treatment characteristicsThe common therapeutic methods of this disease are resolving phlegm,removing blood stasis,dispersing stagnation,strengthening spleen,expelling wind,clearing heat,relieving cough,dredging orifices,benefiting qi,and dispersing lung.Huatan Quyu,Huatan Sanjie,Jianpi Huatan,Quyu Sanjie,Qufeng Huatan,Jianpi Quyu,Yiqi Huatan,Jianpi Sanjie,Huatan Tongqiao,Qingre Huatan are the common combination of TCM treatment.4.5 Prescription analysisThe most frequently used 10 prescriptions were Xiaoluo Wan,Erchen Tang,Cangerzi San,Yupingfeng San,Guomin Jian,Sijunzi Tang,Maxingshigan Tang,Liuan Jian,San'ao Tang,Zhisou San.The main functions of the prescription include clearing away heat,dispersing nodules,resolving phlegm,detoxifying,relieving cough,strengthening spleen,dispersing wind,activating blood circulation and benefiting qi.Xiaoluo Wan combined with Erchen Tang,Xiaoluo Wan combined with Cangerzi San,Cangerzi San combined with Guomin Jian,Xiaoluo Wan combined with Yupingfeng San,Yupingfeng San combined with Erchen Tang were the most common prescriptions.4.6 Medication characteristicsThe commonly used drugs were Zhebeimu,Chishao,Xinyi,Xuanshen,Ezhu,Chenpi,Chaocangerzi,Chuanshanjia,Chaoniubangzi,Jineijin,Chaolaifuzi,Shengmuli,Shichangpu,Fuling,Baizhi,Fabanxia,Chaobaizhu,Huangqi,Jiaoshenqu,Jiangcan,Fangfeng,Jiaoshanzha,Dannanxing,Chuanxiong,Yinchaihu,Lulutong,Zaojiaoci,Gualou,Wuweizi,etc.The overall core prescription drug composition includes:Zhebeimu,Chishao,Ezhu,Chuanshanjia,Xuanshen,Shengmuli,Xinyi,Chaocangerzi,Chaoniubangzi,Chenpi,Jineijin.Common drug compatibility are Chaolaifuzi,Fuling,Baizhi,Fabanxia compatibility,Chaobaiizhu,Huangqi,Baizhi,Fangfeng,Shichangpu compatibility,Chaojiangcan,Shancigu compatibility.5 ConclusionIn this study,through the above research methods,the tutor's diagnosis and treatment rules of adenoid hypertrophy in children were explored,and the tutor's syndrome differentiation characteristics,treatment rules and medication experience of adenoid hypertrophy were discussed,and a core prescription in line with the characteristics of pathogenesis and syndrome and clinical practice was explored.Professor Wu pays attention to phlegm dampness and blood stasis,which are the key pathogenesis of the disease.The basic treatment method of the disease is to remove phlegm,remove blood stasis and disperse knot,which runs through the treatment of the disease.Secondly,she pay attention to the essence of deficiency,especially the deficiency of lung and spleen qi.The method of tonifying deficiency is often used together with the method of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis.The method of tonifying deficiency is used to help transport,and the symptoms and signs are treated at the same time.When the syndrome of exogenous wind heat or internal heat is caused,the main method is to clear away heat and remove pathogenic factors.The selected prescriptions are Cangerzi San,Guomin Jian,Maxing Shigan Tang,etc.The core prescription drug is Xiaoluo Wan combined with Cangerzi San,which consists of Zhebeimu,Chishao,Ezhu,Chuanshanjia,Xuanshen,Shengmuli,Xinyi,Chaocangerzi,Chaoniubangzi,Chenpi,Jineijin.On the basis of the core prescription,according to different concurrent syndromes,the use of common drug compatibility changes.Through this study,Professor Wu's academic views on the diagnosis and treatment of adenoid hypertrophy are changed from subjective perceptual knowledge to objective data chart,which can directly reflect the characteristics and laws of syndrome differentiation and treatment of the tutor,and summarize the core prescription,so as to lay a foundation for clinical application and in-depth study of its efficacy and mechanism in the future.At the same time,the combination of human and computer,the use of online analysis technology,complex network analysis and other data mining methods to explore and analyze the rule of syndrome and treatment,for the follow-up doctors about adenoid hypertrophy or other diseases experience mining to open up ideas,worthy of promotion.
