The Study Of Study On The Medical Record Of PCOS By Professor Li Xiaobin Based On TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform

ObjectiveIn this study,the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform(V2.5)was used to conduct data mining on the medical records of PCOS by Professor Li Xiaobin,findng the experiences and prescriptions of the prescriptions,and summarizing Professor Li Xiaobin’s academic thought of treating PCOS.It’s conducive to the inheritance and development of famous Chinese medicine experience,at the same time to provide a wealth of materials.to the Guangdong Province gynecological genre research.MethodsA total of 324 medical records of 108 PCOS patients attending the gynecology clinic of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to December 2017,which were treated by Professor Li Xiaobin were collected.Then the medical record information was put into the TCM inheritance supportive platform(V2.5),and the PCOS case database of Professor Li was established.The data processing and analysis were made by using the common statistical methods,text mining,association rules and complex system entropy method integrated by the platform itself.Finally the medication characteristics and prescription law of Professor Li Xiaobin was excavated to further summarize her academic thought and treatment experience in PCOS.ResultsThe prescription involves a total of 173 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine in which Atractylodes,Angelica,Millettia,Poria,Chuanxiong,Codonopsis,Astragalus,Rehmannia are commonly used.and Tonic drugs,heat-clearing drugs,relieving drugs,phlegm drugs accounted for a significant proportion.The drug four gas were mostly warm,and the flavor were mostly sweet.Identfy the meridian,most of them are belong to the liver,spleen andkidney.while Setting the support number for 113,13 combinations of drugs were got which including seven kinds of Chinese medicine;Then Adjusting support number to 81,51 pairs of drugs were received including 12 of the core drugs.The confidence level was set as 0.95.Basing on the complex system drop cluster,12 core drug combinations were obtained and 12 new formula evolved.ConclusionProfessor Li Xiaobin especially pay attention tp the“Spleen and kidney,qi and blood”,she believe that "the deficiency of kidney and the excess of phlegm" is the basic pathogenesis of PCOS,and Set up the principle " to benefit the kidney and spleen as well as resolving the dampness and phlegm" for the treatment.Professor Li underline grasping the pathogenesis,distinguishing the degree in the excess and deficiency,combining Lingnan climate characteristics,she choose to dredge evil first for the patient with heaviest phlegm。Professor Li was diligent in studying ancient books,she follows famous doctors and learn their merit.she show respect for the classical prescription and make a balance between Inheritance and innovation.
