times:pre-therapy,post-therapy,and 2 weeks after therapy and evaluated by clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores, and recurrence rate.Used the IBM SPSS 17.0 to set up database, and mainly used?~2 Test,t Test,Rank Sum Test for statistical analysis.ResultsA total of 70 eligible cases were enrolled and 8 were shed during the study(4 in each of the treatment and control groups).A total of 62 cases completed(31 in each of the treatment and control groups).Statistical analysis results are as follows:1.Baseline analysisThere was no significant statistically different among sex, age, course of disease,or appetite, food intake,TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Showing a balance of baseline characteristics of of the two groups,comparable.2.Effect analysis2.1.Comparison within the treatment group2.1.1 TCM syndrome score analysisWhile post-therapy,the appetite scores, food intake scores, and the total TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group had decreased than pre-therapy,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.001).Showing that Peitu Tiaoshu massage treatment can improve children's appetite, food intake, and overall TCM 77.42%.While the control group has 4 recover cases,3 markedly effective cases,14 effective cases and 10 invalid cases. The total response rate was 67.74%.There was no statistical significance between the difference(P>0.05).Showing that the two treatments have the same clinical curative effect.2.2.3 Recurrence rate analysisThe recurrence rate of the treatment group was 41.67%,while the control group was 38.10%.There was no statistical significance between the difference(P>0.05).Showing that the two treatments have the same consolidation of curative effect.ConclusionPeitu Tiaoshu massage treatment has good clinical curative effect for infantile anorexia, can improve children's appetite, food intake, and overall TCM syndrome, and has stable therapeutic effect.Comparing with Xiaoer Xiaozhi
