Purpose: The article was to observe the effect of massage with Sanzhu Jinshi Gao(SZJSG) on curing child anorexia (deficiency of spleen-QI and stomach-QI type),furthermore discuss the mechanism.Method:Divided into two groups of 60 cases of outpatient who are sick in infantile anorexia for treating during December 2008 and December 2009. One group for treatment with 30 cases,the other for comparison with 30 cases.The group of treatment use the SZJSG and the Bailing Jianpi Granule ,while the group of comparison adopt only use the Bailing Jianpi Granule .Then Observing ameliorative case of two drugs before and after treatment for clinical curative effect,and comparing the significant efficiency and comparative efficiency between the two group.Results:1 The treatment group in children with anorexia total effective rate of 93.33%; the control group, the total effective rate was 73.33%. There is remarkable difference of clinical curative effect in two group with statistic comparison (P<0.05).2 The groups of drug treatment can improve the symptoms of anorexia, in the main symptoms such as appetite, food intake of the improvements, the two groups before and after drug treatment compared with a significant difference (P<0.05), minor symptoms, the treatment group also better than the control group (P<0.05).3 Comparing trace elements Zn and hemoglobin between two groups.The date of treatment group is significantly higher than comparing group (P<0.05).4 This experiment was not observed drugs on heart, liver and kidney function, blood system and so there are adverse reactions.Conclusion:SZJSG is effective for infantile anorexia(deficiency of spleen-QI and stomach-QI type)which improves the appetite in children and without side effects.
