Objective: The expression level of MFG-E8 and E-cadherin in lung cancer tissue and para-cancerous tissue of patients with resected NSCLC were detected by immunohistochemical method, and the expression and significance of MFG-E8 and E-cadherin in NSCLC were discussed. Methods: Choose 36 paraffin cases of lung cancer tissue(NSCLC,18 cases of adenocarcinoma and 18 cases of squamous cell carcinoma)were confirmed by pathology, and 18 cases of para-cancerous tissue were selected as control during January 2016 to January 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University. The clinical and pathological data were collected. The expression of MFG-E8 and E-cadherin was detected by immunohistochemistry in cancer group and control group, the differential expression of MFG-E8 and E-cadherin of two groups were compared, analysis of MFG-E8 and E-cadherin and their clinical pathological parameters and metastasis correlation, and the correlation between MFG-E8 and E-cadherin.Results :(1)The expression of MFG-E8 in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in para-cancerous tissues(P<0.05).(2)(1)There was no significant difference in MFG-E8 between different age, sex,TNM stage, tissue differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of adenocarcinoma was higher than that in squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in E-cadherin between different age, sex, pathological type, tissue differentiation and lymph node metastasis group(P>0.05).There was a difference between TNM stage, and the positive expression rate of the I/II carcinoma tissues was higher than that of stage III(P<0.05).(3)The expression of MFG-E8 and E-cadherin in NSCLC lung cancer tissues is not related(r=-0.310,P>0.05).Conclusion:In this study, thepositive expression rate of MFG-E8 and E-cadherin in NSCLC tissues was higher than that of para-cancerous tissue, indicating that MFG-E8 and E-cadherin were involved in the development of NSCLC,but the expression of two in NSCLC tissues was not related.
