ObjectiveTo study of the effect of acupuncture on hemorrhage management in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture treated with PFNA during perioperative period.Provide reference for the clinical application of the acupuncture.MethodsFrom July 2017 to February 2018,Choose a total of 34 senile intertrochanteric fracture treated with PFNA in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,including 17 men and 17 women.The research requirements were divided into acupuncture group and control group,each group of 17 patients.The two groups on the basis of the same previous treatment,added the methods of acupuncture treatment and non-acupuncture treatment.To observe the effect of acupuncture on hemorrhage management in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture treated with PFNA during the perioperative period.This study was based on admission 、the day of surgical operation,after 1 day of surgery,after 3 days of surgery and after 7 days of surgery.Regular blood test including:blood hemoglobin,hematocrit,to calculate blood loss at each stage;Regular test DDI on admission 、the day surgery、the surgical operation day and after 1,3,7 days of surgery.There were using SPSS22.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the results.ResultsTwo groups of 34 patients,age 62-96,average age(78± 2.19)years old,height 150-171 cm,average(160.78 ± 2.77)cm,body weight 50-80 kg,body mass index 18.96-28.58,average(28.58± 28.58).The average blood volume of the two groups was 3.868± 0.56 L.By statistical analysis,there were no significant difference between the two groups.In 34 cases,two groups of hematocrit、HB and、blood loss at each time point have differences,P<0.05,with statistical significance.In 34 cases,two groups of DDI at each time point have differences,P<0.05,with statistical significance,but clotting four examinations at each time point have no-differences.ConclusionThrough clinical verification,the acupuncture treatment can significantly reduce the preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative blood loss and relieve hypercoagulable state of blood at each time point.It can be used according to the patient’s condition.
