ObjectiveTo investigate the early effect of the using of Tonifying The kidney and activating blood method in the treatment of osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture after PFN-A internal fixation operationMethods2013 December to 2014 December, selected from our hospital meet the osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture and diagnosis for 42 cases, treated with PFN-A internal fixation operation patients as subjects, according to the order of admission patients, randomized, according to the proportional random divided into two groups, namely the experimental group (treatment group) and the control group (Western medicine group),21 cases in each group. The experimental group began first days after PFN-A administration Bushen Huoxue Decoction, the control group patients intramuscular injection of salmon calcitonin, course of treatment for fourteenth days after surgery,14 days after the test group to Xianlinggubao capsule orally, the control group use of alendronate sodium oral rehabilitation scheme, two groups of patients with the same. Record two groups of patients with hemoglobin (Hb), C reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), two D-dimer, calcium and ALP levels, preoperative, postoperative day first, first weeks after operation, second weeks after the operation, the difference between two, contrast group first days after operation, postoperative second weeks after the operation, in March January, when the Harris score, while recording the postoperative score 2 weeks after discharge VAS every day, regular follow-up, record the time of fracture healing in patients, and at the time of discharge statistic hospitalization, hospitalization expenses, the proportion of patients with blood transfusion, to compare the differences between two groups.Results1. two groups of patients before operation, first days after Hb, D-dimer, ALP, Hb, CPR, ESR level had no statistical difference (P>0.05), show comparable between the two groups; at first weeks after operation, two groups of D-dimer, CPR dimer level difference comparison there were statistically significant (P<0.05), the two groups was not statistically significant of Hb, calcium, ALP, ESR level difference (P>0.05); at second weeks after operation, Hb, D-dimer, CPR, ESR dimer level differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), the two groups was not statistically significant difference of ALP and calcium levels (P>0.05);2. No statistical significance in patients of two groups after the first day of the Harris score difference (P>0.05), show comparable between the two groups; no statistical significance at second weeks after surgery, after operation in January and March of Harris score (P>0.05).3. There is not statistically significant difference first postoperat ive day of VAS score(P>0.05), there is obvious difference of VAS score f rom after operation second to sixth days (P<0.05), but no obvious differ ence from seventh to fourteenth day(P>0.05).4. There is statistically significant difference of Days of hospitalization(P<0.05), the test group the mean length of hospital stay is shorter than that of control group.there is no obvious difference of total hospitalization cost(P>0.05). there is obvious difference of drugs cost and blood transfusion ratio(P<0.05), the test group is less than than that of control group.5. Fracture healing time of two groups have no significant difference (P> 0.05).ConelusionApplication of Bushen Huoxue embodies the basic characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation, Bushen Huoxue Decoction can promote recovery of Hb, CRP, ESR, D- two dimer after operativion. explaining that the method of tonifying kidney and activating blood can promote the osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture postoperative hemoglobin and inflammatory markers was resume extent, reduce inflammation, reduce the risk of thrombosis and promote, so as to promote the recovery of patients with functional. Bushen Huoxue Decoction and Miacalcic in little differences between calcium and ALP levels after the osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures, but the kidney and activating blood circulation can reduce the need to supplement the calcium treatment ratio.
