Analysis Of The Clinical Effect Of Supratentorial LGGs Volumetric Resection Of The Sulci And Gyri

Objective(s):To investigate the efficacy of stereotactic technique for microsurgical removal of the supratentorial superficial low grade gliomas by trench microsurgery and conventional craniotomy.Methods:From April 2008 to April 2015,45 cases of supratentorial low grade glioma in two families were collected,and 18 cases were treated with stereotactic technique assisted microsurgical resection of cerebral trench approach as observation group,and 27 routine microsurgical excision was used as control group.The degree of tumor resection and nerve work after the two groups were compared.Disability improvement score and ADL score,progression free survival and overall survival in 3 years after operation were analyzed.Results:According to the data of the regression study,the degree of tumor resection,the improvement of neural dysfunction and the ADL score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the 3 years of the observation group had no progress in the survival period and the total survival time,and the control group had no progress in 3 years and the total survival time.The 3 year development period and the total survival time of the observation group were obviously superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion(s):Surgical treatment of superficial low-grade gliomas with stereotactic technique assisted by the stereotactic technique can significantly improve the prognosis of the patients and improve the quality of life of the patients,and has a high clinical value.
