Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Ginger Separated Moxibustion For The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective: To investigate the influence of acupuncture combined with ginger mox ibustion tr eatment and clinical s ymp toms in patients with rheumatoid arthritis signs and laboratory ex amination results,compared to determine the curative effect of acupuncture combined with the advantages of the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of ginger mox ibusti on.Methods: This stud y will meet the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and ex clusion criteria of RA patients as the research object,all patients were divided into control group(Western Medicine),treatment group(Western medicine acupuncture b y J i ang J iu),into the 3 period of treatment,the observation of clinical data collected after the application of SPSS22.0 software package processing the data of the 2 groups before and after treatment in patients with s ymptoms,signs and ESR,RF,CRP changes.Results: the 3 laboratory index es and their difference between the two groups were better than those before and after the treatment.The comparison between the two groups was more significant,and the P <0.05 was statisticall y significant.The evaluation of the pain,the doctor’s evaluation of the degree of pain,the evaluation of the patient’s own health and the difference were better than those before the treatment.The comparison between the two grou ps was more significant than the treatment group,and P <0.05 was statisticall y significant.The scores of TCM s yndrome and VAS pain score in the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the two groups were more significant than those in the treatment group,and P <0.05 was statistically signi ficant.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.In the treatment group,5 cases were controlled,11 cases were marked,13 cases were effective,4 cases were invalid and the effective rate was 87.88%.In the control group,2 cases were control led,5 cases were markedl y effective,17 cases were effective,9 cases were invalid,and the effective rate was 72.73%.The two groups were statisticall y significant b y rank sum test and P <0.05.Therefore,it can be ex plained that the test group is superior to the control group.The curative effect was good in the treatment group.Conclusion: the two therapeutic regimens are effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis,and Western medicine plus acupuncture combined with ginger mox ibustion treatment group is more effective.Conclusion: on the basis of Western medicine treatment and acupuncture combined with ginger mox ibustion has certain curative effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis;more significant curative effect of Western medicine combined with acupuncture combined with Ginger Moxibustion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis than simple western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis;...
