Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy By Manipulation Combined With Acupuncture

Purpose: To explore the effectiveness of massage and acupuncture in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,and to provide a reliable and effective method of traditional Chinese medicine for the patients with radicular type cervical spondylosis.Method: 60 cases of cervical spondylotic radicular spondylosis of the Department of orthopedics,affiliated to the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were treated by massage manipulation combined with acupuncture.The massage technique included two steps in the eight method of the tutor’s summary.The acupuncture treatment was based on the neck clamp ridge,the sun of the hand,the hand sun,the hand Yangming and the foot Shaoyang.1 times a day,the whole treatment lasted for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy after statistical treatment was compared with that before treatment.Before treatment,the severity of the patient’s condition was statistically analyzed.After the treatment,the indexes of the patients were analyzed,and the two statistical data were analyzed according to SPSS 22.According to the scale,the effect of massage and acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type was observed.The main indexes were pain classification index,visual analogue scale,current pain,symptom integral of Jing Chang symptom quantizing table,quantitative table sign of Jing Chang syndrome,quantitative table work of Jingchang Jing Long symptom,and integral of living ability.The cure rate,efficiency,efficiency and ineffectiveness of the patients before and after treatment were observed.According to the scale,the total effective rate of the total cure rate was summed up.Result: The pain classification index before and after treatment,the visual analogue scale,the present pain,the symptom integral of the Jingchang syndrome quantized table,the quantitative table sign of the Jing Chang syndrome,the quantitative table work and the living ability score of the Tian Jing Long syndrome,the P value of the score difference was less than 0.05,and there were significant differences between the treatment and the treatment.Conclusion: Manipulation combined with acupuncture is a safe,reliable,economical and effective method for treating cervical spondylotic radicular disease.It is worthy of promotion.However,due to the limited objective of sample size,short course of treatment and limited skills of acupuncture and massage,this paper can only do preliminary research on this.
