Clinical Effect Of Open The Releasing Lungs And Treating Stranguria Decoction In The Treatment Of Children's Urine Frequency (Wet And Hot Invasion Of Lower Energizer)

Purpose:To explore the clinical effect of open the releasing lungs and treating stranguria decoction in the treatment of children's urine frequency(wet and hot invasion of lower energizer),observation of symptoms,signs and related physical and chemical tests,on the basis of this,summarize and arrange,induction and exploration of the etiology and pathogenesis of children's frequency of urine,treatment and mechanism of action,the curative effect and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to treat children's frequency of urine,provide effective treatment for clinical practice.Method:Screening 60 cases of pediatric urine frequency(wet and hot invasion of lower energizer)with clinical diagnosis of Chinese and Western medicine in clinic,it was randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 cases in each group.treatment group,treatment of the releasing lungs and treating stranguria.control group,the treatment is given to Yinhua yanyanling.The 1 course of treatment is 7 days,observe the 2 course of treatment,1 months of follow-up,the therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were compared.Result:The two groups were treated after their treatment,treatment group: in the treatment group,13 cases were cured,10 were effective,3 were effective,4were ineffective,and the total clinical effective rate was 86.67%.Control group: 5cases were cured,13 cases were effective,6 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 80.00%.Through statistical analysis P<0.05,the results showed that the results of the two groups were significantly different.The total clinical effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion: The clinical study of this subject indicates that releasing lungs and treating stranguria decoction in the treatment of children's urine frequency of wet and hot invasion of lower energizer is effective.It is suggested that releasing lungs and treating stranguria treatment children's urine frequency of wet and hot invasion of lower energizer should be popularized.Providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of frequency of urinary frequency in children it also provides an effective theoretical basis for the development of new drugs for the treatment of the disease.
