A Clinical Study Of Jiawei Shanzhu Medicinal Powder In The Treatment Of Infantile Indigestion Dyspepsia Of Heat Syndrome

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Shanzhu Powder in treating children with accumulation of heat.The aim is to provide scientific basis and effective prescription for clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Method: The paediatric outpatient department of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2016 to December 2017,as the source of the case.60 children were selected and asked to be included in the criteria.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Shanzhu Powder(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)with Shanbai Xiaoshi mixture(30 cases).The two groups were treated with 1 week as a course of treatment,and could be treated continuously for 3 or 4 courses according to the need of the disease.The patients were followed up for 1 month.After that,the scores of symptoms and signs before and after treatment,as well as the results of the laboratory examination of the children concerned,were registered through a questionnaire survey.After the course of treatment,do statistical analysis:(1)The age and sex distribution of the two groups were analyzed.(2)The scores of major symptoms and secondary symptoms were analyzed and compared before treatment between the two groups.(3)After treatment,the scores of major symptoms and secondary symptoms were analyzed and compared between the two groups.(4)The curative effects of the two groups in the main and secondary symptoms before and after treatment were compared with each other.(5)The results of routine laboratory examination in treatment group and control group were analyzed and compared.Result:Through statistical analysis and calculation.The cure rate of the treatment group was 60%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 90%.The cure rate of the control group was 16.7%.the total effective rate of the disease was 86.7%.There was significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).Between the two groups,There was no significant difference in appetite loss(p < 0.05).The main symptoms and signs of abdominal distension pain and secondary defecation,belching,vomiting and heat of the hand and foot were all obtained in terms of p < 0.05,the difference was significant.In addition,the changes of fat droplets in fecal examination of the two groups showed significant difference(p <0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Jiawei Shanzhu medicinal powder in treating pediatric syndrome of stagnation of food and accumulation of heat.And no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.
