Study On Dialectic Treatment And Law Of Drug Treatment Of Postpartum Disease By Ye Tianshi Medical Cases

Objective: This paper analyzes and sums up the principles and rules of treatment of postpartum disease by using modern data mining technology,and explores the guiding significance of the theory system and rules of medication in postpartum disease.Methods: This paper intends to use modern data mining technology to classify and collate the clinical cases of postpartum disease of Ye Tianshi,establish the database of postpartum cases of Ye Tianshi,and then introduce the database into the descriptive analysis and association rule analysis of Spss 21.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0 to find out the drugs and drugs used in treating postpartum disease of Ye Tianshi.Contents: Collecting all cases of Yetianshiyi,The information of medical cases was extracted and analyzed,and the experiences of treatment and treatment of postpartum disease and the rules of medicine were summarized.Analyze its thought to clinical practice guiding meaning.Results: There were 183 cases of postpartum disease,including 44 cases of postpartum blood Halo,13 cases of postpartum abdominal pain,12 cases of postpartum lochia,10 cases of postpartum fever,10 cases of postpartum dysuria,8 cases of post-partum self-perspiration,2cases of postpartum milk deficiency,and 84 cases of other postpartum miscellaneous diseases.A total of 110 drugs were used in medical cases,with a cumulative frequency of 1231.Yetianshi is often treated with: Glycyrrhiza and white Paeonia,Poria and ginseng,Paeonia and gum,and wheat winter,acacia and tuckahoe,Paeonia and tuckahoe,paeoniana and salvia miltiorrhiza,Poria and salvia miltiorrhiza,walnut and purple river cart.Paeony +gum + raw,paeony + gum + glycyrrhiza,licorice + gum + raw,ginseng + wolfberry +Angelica,tuckaia + wolfberry + Angelica,tuckaia + Angelica + ginseng,licorice + ginseng +ginseng + ginseng + ginseng,licorice + paeonia + ginseng + peiao,licorice + licorice +licorice + licorice + licorice + licorice + paeola + paeola + peiola + peiola + peiola + peiola +peiola + peiver + peiver + Glycyrrhiza + gum + paeony = < Fushen + wolfberry + Angelica =< Ginseng,Fushen + Ginseng + Paeony = < Glycyrrhiza.Conclusion: By establishing a database of cases of postpartum disease,the authors analyzed and summarized the drugs in the case by using data mining technology,and found the drug pairs hidden in the cases,which were promoted to the treatment features of the patients.
