Interpersonal Communication In Hospital Space Structure

This paper focuses on a three grade a hospital in Henan province.The main research focuses on the spatial layout structure of the hospital and the interpersonal communication and communication in this space layout as well as its influence on the doctor-patient relationship.The main purpose of the study is to show that the spatial layout of the hospital is not only the layout of the spatial structure in the hospital,but also its comfort,that is to say,the rationality and integrity of the layout of the hospital space plays a vital role in the rehabilitation and treatment of the patients.For people,their communication and information dissemination is based on this spatial layout.The hospital gave the doctor "doctor" identity,given the identity of patients "patients",they use the identity of doctors and patients in the hospital on the stage of the performance,the doctor because of their authority and technology for patients with absolute control,but the patients are not blindly obedient,they are in the medical treatment.When hospitals or doctors have doubts about authority and technology,there will be counterattacks.Their counterattack may be to ignore doctors' orders,or to argue with doctors or even cause violence,which may lead to a crisis between doctors and patients.Therefore,whether the layout of the hospital is complete and reasonable,as well as the doctor's technology and authority,and the communication between the doctors and patients,and even the communication between the patients,can not be ignored in the hospital space structure for the relationship between doctors and patients.The research method adopted in this paper is participatory observation and interview.The study was carried out in a twenty-five-day observation and interview in a three-one hospital in Henan province.The space layout of the hospital,The communication between patients and between doctors and patients were carefully observed and recorded in detail.The research found that the hospital as a space carrier,is not only to provide a life-saving place for the patient,but as a service organization,the user experience of the patient is the same thing that must be considered,in order to make the patient get the best physiologic and psychological treatment.Doctor and patient communication in this space,the doctor is the master of power,he controls the life andhealth of the patient,and the patient's counterattack to the doctor's authority and the suspicion of technology can not be underestimated.This is an important aspect of the doctor-patient relationship.
