The Research Of Professor Liang Bing’s Drug Law And Experience In Chronic Aplastic Anemia

ObjectiveThrough analyzing the medical records and prescriptions of patients with chronic aplastic anemia,summarizing and discussing Professor Liang Bing’s drug law and experience in chronic aplastic anemia,to better inherit and develop Professor Liang Bing’s experience.MethodsThis study collected 433 prescriptions from 31 patients who had been diagnosed as chronic aplastic anemia and treated by Professor Liang Bing in Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital.Based on data mining,this study analyzed and summarized the experience and drug law of Professor Liang Bing in treating chronic aplastic anemia.ResultsThrough the statistical analysis of 433 prescriptions of 31 patients,the results showed that 180 drugs involved.Warm drugs and cold drugs were more used while cold drugs and hot drugs were less.The proportion of sweet medicines was the largest,followed by bitter medicines and pungent medicines,and sour,salty,astringent,and mild medicines were used less frequently.Comparing the drug’s meridian distribution,it was found that the liver meridian was the most common,followed by the spleen meridian,kidney meridian and lung meridian medicines.The most frequently used drugs are Astragalus membranaceus,Radix Rehmanniae,Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Notoginseng,Codonopsis Pilosula,Polygonatum sinensis,Millettia,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Placenta,Atractylodes Rhizome,Rhodiola,and Antler Powder,and their frequency of use is more than 30%.Analyzing the classification of durgs,the results showed that the tonic drugs accounted for the highest proportion,followed by the heat-resolving drugs,blood circulation and phlegm drugs,detoxification drugs,and Phlegm and cough drugs.The results of correlation analysis suggest that the basic drug group to treat aplastic anemia of Professor Liang Bing’s is composed of Radix Astragali,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Codonopsis pilosula,Rhizoma Polygonati,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,and Angelica sinensis.Among them,Jaundice,habitat,Angelica,Angelica were the core drugs,which were the composition of Huangqi Siwu Tang.ConclusionThrough the analysis the drug law in chronic aplastic anemia of Professor Liang Bing’s,the result showed that Professor Liang Bing mainly used of method of nourishing spleen to tonify Qi and blood,invigorating the kidney and modifying the liver to treat chronic aplastic anemia in Guangdong.
