diseases,and greatly troubled female patients,and affect the patient's life and physical and mental health long term,breast hyperplasia caused by breast pain will affect the patient's emotional and psychological,increase patient anxiety and stress effect,reduce the quality of life and happiness index,so the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands should be sooner,should arouse the attention of female patients.The early treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands is effective and effective in treatment.However,if it is allowed,it will become malignant breast tumor.The cost of treatment is increased,the course is long,and the curative effect is poor.Therefore,early active treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands can effectively delay,prevent or even reverse breast cancer,which is of great significance for the protection of female breast health.From the current medical development direction and level,the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia,western medicine is common with oral steroids,breast tumor minimally invasive operation,but in the long run,just for the label,and not from the source to cure,and the effect is difficult to maintain lasting,often recurrent hyperplasia disease.In addition,the side effects of hormone drugs are difficult to avoid,and the operation also brings pain and psychological burden to the patient.TUINA combined with auricular point sticking therapy for the treatment of breast hyperplasia,high comfort,high patient tolerance,high compliance,is a strong suitability of treatment technology,it through stimulate Qi,make blood run more smoothly and dredge the meridians,regulate the function of organs,the normal liver Qi Depressiveand dissipating,Dissipated nodule,to eliminate the proliferation of therapeutic purposes.The two traditional therapies have certain curative effect through clinical observation,and are safe,non-toxic,side effects and treatment sustainability,which is conducive to further promotion and application of prevention and treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.Objective:Through observation and contrast TUINA disperse stagnated liver energy method combined with ear pressure beans(treatment group)and conventional ear pressure beans(control group)clinical efficacy of the treatment of liver qi stagnation type breast extended sick,observation of TUINA disperse stagnated liver energy method on breast extended sick treatment combined with ear pressure beans,hedfs a kind of liver qi stagnation increase sick practical treatment,no side effect,no pain,no damage and the curative effect is more stable and lasting treatment,make modest efforts to reduce the majority of patients with hyperplasia of breast pain and improve their quality of life.Method:This study according to the standard screening test of 60 liver qi stagnation of breast hyperplasia were randomly divided into treatment group(with TUINA combined with Auricular Pressure Therapy)and control group(with ear pressure beans)respectively for treatment.Two groups of patients before and after treatment respectively,using scale of symptom assessment,evaluation of projects including breast pain,mass(such as hardness,scope,size)and menstruation,two threatened fullness etc.,using the statistical software of SPSS21.0 two group scores before and after treatment of symptoms and between the two groups before and after treatment total score difference and improved analysis and processing rate,consistent with distribution and homoscedasticity statistics were used in two independent samples T test,on the contrary,the rank sum test,the difference between the two groups was the degree of reference evaluation standard in the industry,effect analysis.Result:1,the treatment group and the control group in the main symptoms,the treatment before and after comparison,the p value of less than 0.05,there were statistically significant differences in the test,the two groups after treatment,the main symptoms(breast pain,breast lumps hardness,mass range,tumor size)have improved four aspects.2,table 6: treatment group with symptoms before and after their treatment,abnormal menstruation P is 0.801 total integral is small,the lighter condition,according to the total score after treatment is far lower than that before treatment score shows that the overall situation of two groups of patients after treatment were improved.3,table 10,table 11 shows the two groups of patients after treatment of the main symptoms and signs,symptoms integral comparison,P values were less than 0.05,so that the two groups after treatment in patients with the main symptoms(Breast pain,breast lump hardness,mass size,tumor size),symptoms(abnormal menstruation,two threatened fullness there are differences between the four aspects),and from the table of data shows that in the treatment group after treatment,the symptom score than the control group,the symptom score is lower,more better,it also shows that the main symptoms in the treatment group and the associated symptoms improved compared with the control group.Table 12 and table 13 demonstrate the results again.Table 13 data shows that the two groups have similar changes in the difference of menstrual abnormalities,and there is no significant difference.That is two groups of abnormal menstruation symptoms before and after improvement is similar.4,table 14 shows that the test can be used in the two test schemes thanthe patients in the two groups of(treatment group and control group of two kinds of treatment),treatment group total score after treatment were significantly lower than that of control group,the treatment group,the overall symptom improvement than the control group,the treatment group the curative effect is better and more obvious.The above results are also obtained by the analysis of two therapeutic targets in table 15.5,table 16 is the comparison of curative effects between the two groups.It can be seen that the treatment group has 30 cases,the cure rate is 10%,the markedly effective rate is 53.3%,the effective rate is 36.6%,and the total effective rate is 100%.While in the control group,30 patients were cured,the cure rate and effective rate were 0%,the effective rate was 100%,and the total effective rate was 100%.It can be seen that the total effective rate of the two groups is equivalent,but the cure rate and effective rate of the treatment group are all higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:The results not only prove that the treatment group(TUINA combined with ear pressure beans)and control group(Auricular Pressure Method)is effective in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands,also shows that the two groups for each symptom of the disease(except the abnormal menstruation outside)are improved;but also proved that the treatment group in the treatment of hyperplasia breast disease,curative effect(mainly refers to the main symptom and accompanied by the symptoms)were significantly better than the control group. |
