Clinical Observation On Intervention Of Qingrehuoxue Decoction In Intervention Of ACS Based On Lingnan Regional Characteristics

Objective:Analysis of characteristics of coronary heart disease in Lingnan,and preliminarily observe the clinical effect of Qingre Huoxue Ditan Decoction on acute coronary syndrome.Methods:The 100 ACS patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group(n = 50)and control group(n = 50).The observation group was treated with Qingre Huoxue Ditan Decoction + western medicine and the control group with Qingre Huoxue Recipe + western medicine for 7 days.The two groups were compared in general,before and after treatment of Hs-TnI,CK-MB,WBC,AST,FIB-C,CREA and TCM syndrome score,and evaluate the safety.Results:1.Baseline data: Observation group and control group in sex,age,type of ACS,risk factors,whether PCI situation difference was not statistically significant,comparable.2.Observed indicators: Within the group,the Hs-TnI,CK-MB,WBC,and AST were decreased before and after treatment in the observation group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant;however,there was no significant difference before and after the FIB-C.Between groups,there was no statistically significant difference in the Hs-TnI,CK-MB,WBC,AST,FIB-C,and CREA between the observation group and the control group before treatment.The difference was significant after treatment,but the difference in Hs-TnI was statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in the difference in Hs-TnI between the two groups;while there was no statistically significant difference in CK-MB,WBC,AST,FIB-C,and CREA,it was considered that the observation group protocol may have certain advantages in improving Hs-TnI.3.TCM Syndromes: Within the group,the observation group and control group before and after treatment of TCM syndromes were statistically significant,indicating that the two programs have the effect of improving TCM syndromes.Between the two groups,there was no statistical difference between the observation group and the control group before treatment for chest pain,chest tightness,irritability,hyperkalemia,short stool urination,stool stickiness,mouth stick pain,nausea and abdominal distension significance,comparable;shortness of breath,palpitations,tongue differences were statistically significant,it is incomparable.After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of mouth stickiness,nausea and abdominal distension,and the total score of TCM syndromes.However,the difference between the two groups of mouth stickiness and nausea and abdominal distension was not statistically significant.Therefore,it was considered that the observation group was improving the mouth.The effects of sticky bitterness and nausea and bloating may be better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups of TCM syndrome scores is also statistically significant,so the observation group is considered to be better than the control group in improving the total score of TCM syndromes.4.Safety: All patients in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine did not appear significant adverse reactions.Conclusions:Lingnan area hot and humid climate,coronary heart disease syndrome also has more phlegm and more stasis of blood stasis,short-term application of western medicine routine treatment + Qingre Huoxue Ditan Decoction and conventional western medicine + Qingre Huoxue Recipe can reduce ACS patients Hs-TnI,CK-MB,WBC,AST and TCM syndromes,and the safety is better.However,Qingre Huoxue Ditan Decoction group has more advantages in reducing Hs-TnI,improving oral pain,nausea and abdominal distension,and reducing TCM syndrome score.
