The Clinical Observation Of Yangyin Qingre Huoxue Decoction On Acute Attack Of Senile Chronic Bronchitis(Qi And Yin Deficiency And Phlegm Heat Type)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yangyin Qingre Huoxue Decoction on acute attack of senile chronic bronchitis(Qi and yin deficiency and phlegm heat type) and TCM syndrome.Methods: 72 patients of meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups of patients in age, gender, disease duration had no significant difference. The patients were 67 cases, 32 cases in the control group, 35 cases in the treatment group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group on the basis of Western medicine, at the same time with Yangyin Qingre Huoxue Decoction, one dose daily, to observe the course of treatment is 14 days. Before and after treatment, clinical parameters were observed and compared, finally the results to determine the efficacy of the use of statistical methods.Results:(1)The total effective rate of control group was 81.3%, the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.4%, the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly better than the control group(p<0.01).(2)The treatment group in improving the TCM syndrome score was significantly better than the control group(p<0.01),but the Two groups of treatment could improve the syndromes of traditional Chinese Medicine(p<0.01)(3)The two groups in the improvement of cough, phlegm, wheezing, shortness of breath, fever, spontaneous perspiration, dry mouth and throat, dry rale and chest X-ray results(p<0.05)There are obvious differences between the two groups after treatment. According to the two independent samples rank sum test mean rank results: The effect of the treatment group in the improvement of cough, phlegm, wheezing, shortness of breath, fever, sweating, dry mouth and throat, dry and wet rales, chest X-ray was better than that of the control group.(4) two patients with the percentage of neutrophils(neut%) after treatment were significantly changed(p<0.01), Two groups of patients after treatment, white blood cell(WBC) count had no significant difference(p>0.05)(5)The treatment group of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with CD3+, there was no significant change in CD4+(p>0.05), CD8+ significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(p<0.01),CD4+/CD8+ was significantly higher than that before treatment(p<0.01),but there was no statistical significance compared with the control group(p>0.05).The control group of T lymphocyte subsets CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ had no obvious change after treatment(p>0.05)(6)The two group did not find adverse reactions before and after treatment.Conclusion: Yangyin Qingre Huoxue Decoction on acute attack of senile chronic bronchitis(Qi and yin deficiency and phlegm heat type) have good efficacy and safety, especially for the improvement of cough, shortness of breath, sweating symptom has significant effect, can improve the clinical treatment efficiency, have a certain role in regulation of immune function, It has great clinical application value.
