The Effect Of The Jianpibushenhuoxuefang On The Cerebral Perfusion Of Patients With Acute Cerebral Infarction About PWI

Objective: Through comparing the changes before and after the treatment about the TCM syndromes' score and the NHISS scale which comes from the patients with the acute cerebral infarction(the type of deficiency of spleen and kidney),to evaluat the clinical curative effect of the treatment with the patient by the Jianpibushenhuoxuefang.By contrasting the differences of perfusion-weighted MR Imaging(PWI)and region of interest(ROI)of the patients before and after the treatment,to analysis the influences of cerebral perfusion in the brain and neurofunctional recovery with the treatment of the Jianpibushenhuoxuefang.Method: In this study,the 64 cases of patients meeting the criteria were all from The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of CM who were divided into 2groups at random : with 32 cases in the control group(employed basic treatment+acupuncture)and 32 cases in the treatment group(employed basic treatment +acupuncture+the Jianpibushenhuoxuefang),meanwhile,fall of 2 cases in each group.The actual sample amount is 60 cases,and the observation time is 14 days.Both groups were evaluated with the TCM syndromes' score,the NHISS scale at the beginning and the end of the treatment.Meanwhile,each member in these groups was examined by PWI,and the rCBF,rCBV MTT and TTP in ROI were all measured.Count the relative value(rrCBF?rrCBV?rMTT?rTTP)and to compare.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the TCM syndromes' score and NIHSS scale scores in both groups before treatment(P>0.05).The TCM syndromes' score and NIHSS scale score after the treatment were obviously declined in the comparison with the score which comed from the treatment in both groups before(P<0.05);the treatment group was declined more than the control group(P<0.05).2.Compared between the two groups of patients before treatment,There was no significant differences between the values of rrCBF?rrCBV?rMTT and rTTP(P>0.05).The values of rrCBF and rrCBV after treatment were obviously ascended andthe values of rMTT and rTTP obviously descended in comparison with those before treatment of the patients in the same group(P<0.05).Comparison between groups after treatment,the treatment group of the values of rrCBF and rrCBV were obviously ascended,and the values of rMTT and rTTP are both obviously descended(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The Jianpibushenhuoxuefang can improve the TCM syndromes,neurologic Impairment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.2.The Jianpibushenhuoxuefang can improve the cerebral perfusion in the ischemic area of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
