Study On The Use Of Professor Yang Guohong In The Treatment Of Bile Reflux Gastritis

Objective:To discuss Professor Yang Guohong’s medication rules for the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.through the statistical analysis of Professor Yang Guohong’s traditional Chinese medicine prescription for patients with bile reflux gastritis(BRG)。Method: Collect medical records of patients with BRG who were diagnosed and treated by Professor Yang Guohong from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to January 2018.Fill out the questionnaire.Use the Micorosoft Excel system to set up a database to sort out the general conditions and medication prescriptions to find high-frequency medications.The drugs,four flavors and five flavors of the drugs with frequency≥15times were used for statistics;the SPSS 22.0 system was used for cluster analysis and the commonly used drug pairs and drug combinations were obtained.Through statistical results,analyze and discuss Professor Yang Guohong’s clinical medication rules for the treatment of BRG.Results:Of the data collected in this study,398 cases of BRG patients were sex-related female excess men;in age distribution,the composition ratios of different age groups were different,and the majority of the age groups were 26 to 35 years old.Statistical significance.In this study,a total of 398 prescriptions for BRG patients were collected,involving a total of 135 Chinese herbs.The total frequency of drug use was 4933.A total of 58 drugs with a frequency of≥15 times were used,with a total frequency of4571 times,accounting for 92.7% of all drugs.A study of 58 taste drugs with a frequency of ≥ 15 times:A total of 17 drugs were used in these 58 drugs with a frequency of more than 100 times,cumulatively 3205 times,and a cumulativefrequency of 70.1%.These drugs are the core medicines of Prof.Yang Guohong’s treatment of BRG,which are sorted by frequency of use,followed by Pinellia,Bupleurum,Baikal Skullcap,Magnolia,Fried Paeonia lactiflora,Fructus aurantii immaturus,Dried tangerine peel,Corydalis Corydalis,Poria cocos,Coptis chinensis,Fructus aurantii,Concha Arcae,Dark plum,Atractylodes macrocephala,Radices saussureae,Codonopsis pilosula,Cuttle-bone.A total of 16 drug types were involved,among which qi drugs were most frequently used,followed by Physical medicine,Supplement of deficiency drugs,asthmatics and heat-clearing drug;The more commonly used in the four gases is warm medicine,followed by coldness and flatness;The most common bitterness is found in Wuweizhong,followed by pungent and sweet taste;The drugs used for the spleen,stomach,and liver are most commonly used.Through clustering analysis,we summarized 10 pairs of commonly used drugs and 6groups of commonly used drugs.Conclusion:1.Pinellia,Bupleurum,Baikal Skullcap,Magnolia,Fried Paeonia lactiflora,Fructus aurantii immaturus,Dried tangerine peel,Corydalis Corydalis,Poria cocos,Coptis chinensis,fructus aurantii,Concha Arcae,Dark plum,Atractylodes macrocephala,saussureae,Codonopsis pilosula and Cuttle-bone is Professor Yang Guohong’s core medicine for the treatment of BRG.2.Physical medicine,Supplement of deficiency drugs,asthmatics and heat-clearing drug is Professor Yang Guohong’s commonly used drug category for the treatment of BRG.3.Warm,cold and flat;Sweet,bitter and pungent;Spleen,stomach meridian and liver meridian are the main tastes and origins of Professor Yang Guohong’s commonly used drugs for the treatment of BRG.4.Invigorating the spleen and stomach,relieving the liver,reducing the liver,clearing the gallbladder and stomach,and promoting blood circulation are common methods used by Professor Yang Guohong to treat BRG.
