| Objective:In this study, breast cancer chemotherapy patients as the study object, receive electro-acupuncture stimulation of Neiguan or Neiguan + Zhongwan, and the difference between single-point application and dual-point compatibility use is compared, after chemotherapy with nausea and vomiting(chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting,CINV).Methods:In this study,60 patients undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer were randomly divided into a single-point group and a double-hole group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups received high-to-moderate emetogenic chemotherapy regimens, all using similar antiemetic drugs.According to the results to select the Neiguan or Neiguan + Zhongwan for electro-acupuncture treatment,The time, frequency, and waveform of the electro-acupuncture needles of the two groups are the same. All patients were treated for 3 consecutive days from the date of chemotherapy. The nausea and vomiting during treatment were observed and recorded.Statistical analysis was performed. Results:In this study,60 patients were included in the study.During the study period, the Neiguan + Zhongwan group and the Neiguan group lost 1 case, and the final statistics included 58 cases. On the 1st,2nd,and 3rd days of treatment, except for the 1st day,the difference in nausea improvement rate between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the 2nd and 3rd days of treatment, the nausea improvement efficiency was higher in the Neiguan + Zhongwan group than in the Neiguan group. In the group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the two groups of nausea VAS score and vomiting VAS score(P<0.05).There were no adverse events in both groups during the study.Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture stimulation of Neiguan + Zhongwan was superior to electro-acupuncture stimulation of Neiguan in treating CINV of breast cancer.Double-acupoint compatibility is more effective than single-point application in improving the symptoms of nausea and vomiting in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. There was no obvious acupuncture adverse reaction during the stabbing process, demonstrating that electroacupuncture therapy is green and safe. |
