Clinical Research For Triple Therapy Treatments For Constipation Caused By UPFS(Unrelaxed Pelvic Floor Syndrome)

Purpose:This paper takes research on constipation caused by Unrelaxed Pelvic Floor Syndrome(UPFS)through triple therapy treatments includes:acupoint electric stimulation,enlarged anus,and biofeedback to observe the clinical effects and provides feasible solutions for clinical diagnosis and treatment program.Methods:40 patients were randomly,single blindly incorporated into this subject,and divided into two groups,control group and treatment group,of 20 for each.The control group takes biofeedback sole while the treatment group takes UPFS includes acupoint electric stimulation,enlarged anus,and biofeedback.The shifts of constipation symptom integral,value of rectal pressure measurement in anorectal,and evaluation of the surface electromyography of the pelvic floor are counted and analyzed in order to discover the better clinical solution for constipation caused by UPFS.Results:1.There is no obvious statistical differences on constipation symptom integral,value of rectal pressure measurement in anorectal,and value of EMG evaluation on the surface of the pelvic floor before patients'treatments(P>0.05).2.Statistical differences are evident on constipation symptom integral,value of rectal pressure measurement in anorectal,and value of EMG ecaluation on the surface of the pelvic floor after the treatments both between the comparison of two groups and in each group(P<0.05).3.Statistical differences are evident after three sessions from a comprehensive view(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.These two treatments contain considerable efficacy for constipation caused by Unrelaxed Pelvic Floor Syndrome(UPFS).2.Triple therapy treatment,which includes acupoint electric stimulation,enlarged anus,and biofeedback,is a more significant therapy than Biofeedback Therapy simply and worth spreading.
