purpose:At present,female pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment methods are using electric sti mulation+biofeedback method,vaginal dumbbell pelvic floor muscle exercise method an d Kegel sports pelvic floor muscle exercise method.Through retrospective methods,this st udy analyzed the treatment results of three different pelvic floor rehabilitation methods,an d explored the therapeutic value of the three treatment methods,provided reference for rele vant clinical treatment.Materials and Methods:A retrospective study was conducted to collect 300 maternal women who underwent postpartum rehabilitation and were followed up from June 2015 to June 2017 at the Xietang Community Health Service Center of Suzhou Industrial Park.The pelvic floor of these women at that time was collected.The muscle strength test was lower than grade 3 and pelvic dysfunction was present.Among them,100 patients used Phenix pelvic floor therapy device for electrical stimulation+biofeedback,100 patients used vaginal dumbbells,and 100 patients used Kegel exercise.Compared he electrophysiological parameters of the pelvic floor muscles before and after treatment in the electrical stimulation+biofeedback treatment group,also compared the pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic organ bulging improvement,urinary incontinence improvement,and sexual quality improvement before and after treatment of three groups of three treatment methods..The follow-up period was 3 months.Result:?The electrical stimulation +biofeedback treatment group after one course treatment,the mean value of the myoelectric potential of the class ? fiber and the class ? fiber was significantly higher than that before the treatment,the fatigue degree was significantly reduced,and the normal rate of each biological reflection was sig1ificantly increased,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).? The normal rate of pelvic floor muscle strength recovery in the electrical stimulation+biofeedback treatment group was significantly higher than that in the vaginal dumbbell treatment group and the Kegel exercise treatment group(P<0.01).?The vaginal anterior and posterior wall bulging treatments in the electrical stimulation+ biofeedback treatment group were more effective than those in the vaginal dumbbell treatment group and the Kegel exercise group(P<0.01).?The uterine prolapse treatment in the electrical stimulation+biofeedback treatment group was more effective than the vaginal dumbbell treatment group and the Kegel exercise treatment group(P<0.01).?The efficacy of SUI treatment in the electrical stimulation+ biofeedback treatment group was significantly higher than that in the vaginal dumbbell treatment group and the Kegel exercise treatment group(P<0.01).?The improvement rate of sexual quality in the electrical stimulation+biofeedback treatment group was significantly higher than that in the vaginal dumbbell treatment group and the Kegel exercise treatment group(P<0.01).? Compared with the Kegel exercise group,the vaginal dumbbell treatment group was superior to the latter in the treatment of anterior and posterior wall bulging and uterine prolapse.The difference was significant(P<0.05);Compared with the former,the Kegel exercise group was superior to the former in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence and improving the quality of sexual life,the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Screening of pelvic floor muscles as soon as possible after 42 days postpartum,and individualized rehabilitation treatment plans for patients with abnormal pelvic floor muscle strength,which can effectively prevent and treat the occurrence and development of female pelvic floor dysfunction diseases.Make significant sense for clinical.(2)Applying individualized electrical stimulation+biofeedback method for basin rehabilitation treatment,ean restore pelvic floor muscle strength to normal in a short time,can significantly reduce anterior and posterior vaginal wall bulging,reduce uterine prolapse,and improve urinary incontinence situation,improve the quality of sexual life.(3)The application of vaginal dumbbells for basin rehabilitation treatment can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle strength,and the effect on the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse is obvious,superior to the simple Kegel exercise,for patients inable to come to the hospital for electrical stimulation+biofeedback treatment are also a good choice.At the same time,Patients with more serious conditions can play a good complementary treatment while applying electrical stimulation+biofeedback therapy.(4)Kegel exercise can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle strength,is superior to the simple vaginal dumbbell treatment for the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence and improve the quality of sexual life.It is a cost-effective postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment.The method can be used as a supplementary treatment for the above other two treatment methods,and can also be used as a healthy exercise method for the pelvic floor muscles that the majority of women can carry out at any time.
