In recent years, with the change of living environment and dietary structure, the incidence of anaphylactoid purpura in children has been on the rise.Because of its long course and easy to repeat, the advantages of combined TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment have gradually become prominent in the prevention and treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in children. This study is based on published or unpublished literature on the diagnosis and treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in children at home and abroad. It follows the methods of evidence-based medicine and epidemiology to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the literature on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease.anaphylactoid purpura provides the basis for the optimization of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment.Objective:1.Completely collect the randomized controlled literatures on the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in Chinese medicine through the dialectical examination of Chinese medicine, and organize and analyze them to understand the current treatment status.2.Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of dialectical treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in children. Methods:A comprehensive randomized clinical controlled trial(RCT)for the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children was conducted through a comprehensive search of major Chinese and English databases.Bibliometric risk assessments were performed on the literature and Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. The results of the analysis are visualized, the publication bias is analyzed with a funnel plot, and the quality of evidence is evaluated according to the GRADE degradation criteria. Results:According to the search strategy,a total of 21 documents that meet the requirements were retrieved and summarized as follows:1.Literature quality evaluation: A total of 21 related articles on TCM syndrome differentiation treatment for children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura were collected. Most of them were published in non-core journals and lacked fund support. The research institutions were mostly single hospitals, lacking large sample and multicenter investigations. The Jadad rating scale method shows that the quality of existing literature is low.2.Meta analysis:(1)A total of 21 RCTs were included, totaling 1590 cases of anaphylactoid purpura in children. The meta-analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the effectiveness of the dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine or the combination of conventional western medicine and single western medicine in improving the efficiency, reducing the recurrence rate, and the rate of renal damage.(2)Adverse reactions: A total of 3 studies described adverse reactions,7 of 833 patients in the treatment group had adverse reactions.(3)According to the funnel diagram, there is no obvious publication bias.(4)According to the GRADE evidence quality evaluation, the results show that the effective rate is medium quality and the renal damage rate is low.Conclusion:1.The results of the literature quality study showed that the quality of literature on traditional Chinese medicine for anaphylactoid purpura in children included in the study was relatively low.2.The TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in children has obvious advantages in improving the efficiency, reducing the recurrence rate and the renal damage rate, and the adverse reactions are minor. However, due to the relatively low quality of the included studies, the quality of the evidence is not high, and care must be taken when clinical evidence is used.
