Clinical Observation On Preventive Treatment Of Migraine With Liver Stagnation And Blood Stasis With Shugan Huoxue Granule

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of dispersing stagnated liver and blood circulation granule in preventing and treating migraine with liver stagnation and blood stasis,and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of dispersing stagnated liver qi and activating blood circulation granule,In order to seek the effective and feasible scheme of traditional Chinese medicine for the preventive treatment of migraine due to liver depression and blood stasis,provide for the clinical basis of migraine with further development and application.Methods: 72 patients with migraine due to liver stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).Control group: oral flunarizine hydrochloride capsule was given to migraine during migraine remission once a night with10 mg of flunarizine hydrochloride.Treatment group: in the migraine remission period in the control group on the basis of medication,daily Shugan Huoxue granule(New Green Leaf granule,prescription: Bupleurum,Fructus Aurantii,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Licorice,Ligusticum wallichii,Radix angelicae dahurica,Vitex chinensis,Scorpion,centipede,Poria cocos),Calcined corrugated,cuttlebone 1 dose,washed in the morning and evening with warm boiled water,oral.14 days for the end of a course of treatment.The follow-up was 30 days later.Blood routine,urine routine,fecal routine,liver function,renal function,coagulation function,electrocardiogram were performed before and after treatment.The number of headache attacks and the duration of headache were recorded from the beginning of treatment to 30 days follow up.Degree of headache,TCM syndrome score and any discomfort that occurs duringthe period.Through the analysis of collected data,accurate and objective evaluation.Results: there were 72 cases in the treatment group,5 cases were lost and67 cases were final,including 34 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.(1)symptom and sign: at 14 days of treatment and 30 days of follow-up,the number of headache attacks,duration of headache,degree of headache,TCM syndrome score were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.05),14 days of treatment and 30 days of follow-up.The improvement of curative effect index was better than that before treatment.(2)the curative effect of TCM syndrome: 91.18 in the treatment group and81.82 in the control group,there was a difference between the two groups(P< 0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group;(3)exfoliation cases: there was no difference between the two groups(P >0.05).(4)Safety: there were no significant adverse reactions and no adverse events occurred in both groups before and after treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion: by observing the efficacy and safety of two groups of drugs in treating patients with migraine with liver stagnation and blood stasis,the conclusions are as follows:(1)After 14 days of treatment and 30 days of follow-up,Shugan Huoxue granule could reduce the attack times,headache degree,duration and TCM syndrome score of patients with migraine of liver stagnation and blood stasis type.(2)Shugan Huoxue granule can improve TCM syndromes,has definite curative effect,high safety,small side effect,and has the value of further research and application.
