The Clinical Research Of Modified Or Subtracted Yangyinqingfei Decoction Combine Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops In The Treatment Of Dry Eye With Deficiency Of Lung-yin

Objective: Evaluate the therapeutic effect of modified or subtracted Yangyinqingfei decoction combine sodium hyaluronate eye drops on dry eye with syndrome pattern of deficiency of lung-yin.Methods: 100 cases of dry eye patients with the deficiency of lung-yin,were divided into two groups randomly.46 cases in the treatment group(4 cases lost),treated with modified or subtracted Yangyinqingfei decoction combine 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops;47 cases in the control group(3 cases lost),treated with 0.3% sodium hyaluronate eye drops alone.Two groups of patients with 4 weeks for a period of treatment,observed the two groups’ changes of FL,BUT,SIT and TCM symptom score after a period of treatment.Results:(1)Two groups of patients with FL,BUT,SIT in the comparison before and after treatment: there was a comparability between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group;(2)Two groups of patients with curative effect in the comparison after treatment: in the treatment group,total effective rate was 86.96%,in the control group,total effective rate was 57.45%.The results of the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the former was better than the latter.Conclusion: Modified or subtracted Yangyinqingfei decoction combine sodium hyaluronate eye drops can improve the clinical symptoms of dry eye patients with deficiency of lung-yin,increase the secretion of tear,the stability of tear film and the integrity of corneal epithelium.The clinical effect is better than use sodium hyaluronate eye drops alone.
