Objective: Study on change trend of content of surfactant protein(SP)A,B,C,D in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)and related inflammatory factors TNF-a and IL-32 during early phase of acute pulmonary contusion.Methods: Adult New Zealand rabbits were divided into : normal control group without injury(n=6)and experimental group to set up animal model with acute pulmonary contusion(n=30).Then,percent content of SP-A,B,C,D in BALF and content of TNF-a?IL-32 in serum and BALF were measured respectively at the 1st,2nd,3rd,4th,8th,12 th hour.Moreover,pathologic changes of pulmonary contusion were comparatively analyzed.Results: In experimental group,obvious injury,edema,hemorrhage and inflammatory response were found;and percent content of SP-A,B,C,D in BALF were lower than those in normal control group at the all times(p<0.05),TNF-a?IL-32 in BALF and serum increased significantly in the early(p<0.05),The content of SP-A in BALF after pulmonary contusion was negatively correlated with TNF-a(r=-0.122,p=0.03),The content of SP-A ? D in BALF after pulmonary contusion was negatively correlated with IL-32(r=-0.192,p=0.01;r=-0.077,p=0.01),TNF-a in serum after pulmonary contusion was positive correlated with IL-32(r=1.163,p=0.01).Conclusion: During early phase of acute pulmonary contusion,TNF-a ? IL-32 in BALF and serum reached the peak values then rapidly decreased to a comparatively stable high level status,which agreed with structural changes of lung tissue with pulmonary contusion,SP-A,B,C,D were constantly decreasing,The content of SP-A in BALF after pulmonary contusion was negatively correlated with TNF-a,The content of SP-A?D in BALF after pulmonary contusion was negatively correlated with IL-32,TNF-a in serum after pulmonary contusion was positive correlated with IL-32,It can be inferred that SP protein can negatively regulate the expression of TNF-a and IL-32 in early stage of pulmonary contusion. |
