| Objective The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the health inequity situation in China, and then construct a mechanism model of the intrinsic effect of socio-economic status on health level based on the perspective of health influence factors. At the same time, taking age as a moderator variable,we explore the changes that occur with the model of aging and find out the boundaries of the mechanism. Finally,we put forward the policy optimization plan to improve the health level, promote the fairness of health and promote the national health.Method The data of the study comes from "China Family Panel Studies" database in 2014.It was investigated by the Institute of Social Science Survey,Peking University.Firstly,we use the standardized concentration index to measure and analyze the degree of health inequity in our country.Secondly, according to the literature research method,we construct the theoretical model of the impact mechanism of socio-economic status on the health level. The independent variables in the model are socioeconomic status and the dependent variables are healthy, intermediary variables are the major health factor, regulatory variables are age, control variables are gender, marriage, education, urban and rural areas. Then,we use the structural equation model to validate, correct and improve the mechanism of action model.Result The standardized concentration indices of health fairness of residents in our country are positive, which shows that there is inequality towards the rich in our overall health, physical health and mental health. The mechanism models of the socio-economic status on the overall health, physical health and mental health are all well-adapted and meet the requirements. In the overall health model, career, income and education have indirect effects on overall health through health facilities and lifestyle, and there is no direct effect. The path coefficients of occupation, income and education on health facilities are 0.264,0.190 and 0.550 and on life style are respectively 0.345,0.240 and 0.404.Therefore,education has the greatest impact on health facilities and lifestyle. In the physical health model, occupation and income have a direct negative impact on physical health, and the path coefficients of the effects are respectively-0.071 and-0.095.At the same time, occupation, income and education have indirect effects on physical health through lifestyle. The path coefficients of lifestyle are respectively 0.273,0.195 and 0.397.In the mental health model, occupation, income and education have a direct and negative impact on mental health. The path coefficients are-0.162,-0.109 and-0.146,respectively.At the same time, occupation, income and education also have an indirect impact on mental health through lifestyles. The path coefficients are respectively 0.336,0.227 and 0.395.Lifestyle plays a partial intermediary role.Regression adjustment test using SPSS software finds that in the overall health model,P value of the interaction age * education, age * income and age * occupations were greater than 0.05,indicating that there is no moderating effect of age on the relationship between education, income, occupation and overall health. However,P values are less than 0.05 in the model of physical health and mental health, indicating that age has a regulatory role.In the 16-35 age group,socio-economic status has no direct effect on physical health and mental health(P> 0.05)or has a small direct effect, but as the age increased, the direct effect is significant in the 36-60 age group(P<0.05).Lifestyle has always been an intermediary variable between socio-economic status and physical health and mental health, which has an impact on physical and mental health. The above shows that the socioeconomic status has different effects on physiological health and on mental health in different age groups. Conclusion To improve the health level and health equity,we should start with the improvement of the lifestyle of the residents;at the same time,we should pay attention to the improvement of the natural and social environment of the residents;health care is an important barrier to the health and health of the residents;the root of improving health and improving health equity lies in improving its socio-economic status;we should take different ways of coping with different age groups in order to improve their health level. |
