Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction On Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetic Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris

Objectives To observe the qi huoxue fang in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and stable angina pectoris clinical curative effect,further validation of qi and activating blood method in clinical indicators related to this,curative effect and the function of the relevant safety of drug use.Methods Will the 60 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus and stable angina patients comply with relevant principles of random number table method,divided into control group and research group,30 cases each control group patients' lifestyle intervention and conventional western medicine combined therapy with insulin hypoglycemic,stable blood glucose within the normal range,the team on the basis of the control group to give the qi and activating blood treatment,using SPSS16.0 statistical software package,Will be observed in two groups of patients of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid,C-reactive protein,homocysteine and syndromes curative effect,angina pectoris curative effect,electrocardiogram ST segment change situation comparative analysis.Results Group and control group in the treatment of the former two groups of patients with gender,age,course and laboratory indicators and clinical symptoms and signs was no significant difference(P > 0.05),no statistical significance,comparable;After treatment,FPG in the two groups was better than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the study group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,2h PG of patients in the two groups was better than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the research group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the Hb AIc of the two groups was better than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the research group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid levels of the two groups were better than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the research group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,CRP of the two groups was better than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the research group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the Hcy of the two groups was better than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the research group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).The curative effect of TCM syndromes in the two groups was better than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the research group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the effect of angina pectoris in the two groups was better than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the research group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the st-segment of electrocardiogram of patients in the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the study group was significantly superior to the control group(P < 0.05).The above differences were statistically significant.Conclusions On the basis of conventional western medicine symptomatic treatment to joint the qi and activating blood can effectively improve type 2 diabetic patients with stable angina pectoris clinical symptoms and signs,improve ecg ST segment,better control of blood sugar,blood fat,reducing C-reactive protein and homocysteine levels,the clinical curative effect is distinct,and safety performance;Further verified the qi huoxue method can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms and signs,improve the treatment effect,be helpful for the long-term development of the individual and society,the treatment way of thinking and method worthy of further popularization and application in clinical.
