Objective: to selected cases of coronary angiography, were divided into CHD group and non CHD group according to the results of the imaging, eliminate the effects of other risk factors commonly comparative GGT,UA in CHD group and non CHD group and the degree of coronary artery lesions of CHD group cases have differences,so as to explore the serum GGT,UA and the correlation of coronary heart disease and coronary artery lesion severity. Methods: to choose between September 2016 and September 2016 in yan 'an university hospital cardiovascular internal medicine,a total of 333 patients with suspected coronary heart disease in hospital, all the cases were performed coronary arteriography, clear diagnosis of a total of 282 cases of coronary heart disease, coronary angiography did not see obvious vascular lesions or insufficient to diagnose coronary heart disease of 51 cases of coronary heart disease(CHD)patients.Collected by a medical professional in general(gender, age, smoking history),measure the height, weight, blood pressure and BMI calculation, the next day morning fasting blood biochemical examination, determination of gamma glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),uric acid(UA),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspertate aminotransferase(AST),plasma total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).To compare the levels of GGT,UA and other indicators of CHD group and non-chd group, and to exclude other risk factors, explore the correlation between GGT and UA and the group of CHD and non-chd.CHD group according to the imaging results coronary artery lesion severity score is obtained by using the Gensini score international standards, according to the grading standard toall groups of patients with coronary heart disease were divided into mild lesions(< 20 points,a total of 90 cases)and moderate lesion group(20 ~ 40 points,a total of 97 cases)and severe lesion group(> 40 points,a total of 95 cases of)three subgroups; To compare the levels of GGT,UA and other indicators in each subgroup,to exclude other risk factors, and to explore the correlation between GGT,UA and coronary artery disease degree.SPSS22.0 all data application software for statistical analysis, normal distribution of measurement data to((x|-)+ s)said,CHD group and non CHD group compared with independent sample t-test,coronary heart disease group among various subgroups compared with rank and inspection;Gender and smoking history enumeration data were made up of two tests;Logistic regression analysis by using the risk factors and the correlation of coronary heart disease and coronary artery lesion severity, the Spearman rank correlation analysis GGT,UA general linear relationship with the degree of coronary artery lesions and calculate the correlation coefficient.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.The differences in gender, smoking history, systolic blood pressure,AST,ALT,GGT,TG,TC,hdi-c,ldl-c,UA and non-chd group were statistically significant,P < 0.05;Among them, male cases, smoking history, systolic blood pressure,AST,ALT,GGT,TG,TC,LDL-C were all significantly higher than those of non-chd group, and HDL-C was significantly lower than that of CHD.There was no significant difference in age,BMI,diastolic blood pressure and non-chd group,P>0.05.2.There was no significant difference in the age,BMI,diastolic blood pressure,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C of the mild lesion group, the moderate lesion group and the moderate lesion group in the CHD group,P> 0.05;There were statistically significant differences in systolic blood pressure,AST,ALT,GGT and UA,P < 0.05;After the comparison,it was found that ALT,GGT and UA were different from each other, with P< 0.05.Systolic blood pressure,AST mild disease was seen in three groups of two contrast groups had significant difference compared with severe lesion group,P < 0.05,mild lesions and pathological changes of moderate group, moderate lesions andpathological changes of severe group had no significant difference in meaning,P > 0.05).In summary,ALT,GGT and UA were significantly lower than those in the moderate lesion group and the severe lesion group, and the moderate lesion group was significantly lower than the severe lesion group. The systolic blood pressure and AST mild lesion group were significantly lower than those in the severe lesion group, and the mild lesion group had no significant difference compared with the moderate lesion group and the moderate lesion group and the severe lesion group. There was no significant difference between the three groups in the three groups: age,BMI,diastolic blood pressure,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C.3.Logistic regression analysis showed that, excluding other risk factors,AST,ALT,GGT,LDL-C and UA were independent risk factors for CHD,P < 0.05;GGT and UA were independent risk factors for coronary artery disease,P < 0.05.4.Spearman's rank correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between GGT and the degree of coronary artery disease, and the correlation coefficient was 0.258.There was a significant positive correlation between UA and the degree of coronary artery disease, and the correlation coefficient was 0.894.Conclusion:1.Gender,smoking history, systolic blood pressure,AST,ALT,GGT,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,and UA were significantly correlated with coronary heart disease.Among them,AST,ALT,GGT,LDL-C and UA were independent risk factors for coronary heart disease.2.ALT,GGT and UA were closely related to the degree of coronary artery disease, among which GGT and UA were independent risk factors for coronary artery disease degree. Moreover, there was a positive correlation between GGT and the degree of coronary artery disease, and the correlation coefficient was 0.258.There was a significant positive correlation between UA and the degree of coronary artery disease, and the correlation coefficient was 0.894.
