| Objective:Based on the Latent pathogenic factors theory, this study analyzes the correlation between the level of blood uric acid and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol with the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the degree of coronary artery disease of patients with coronary heart disease. In addition, the pathogenic characteristics and clinical significance of theory on cultured diseases are discussed, which provides new ideas for the TCM clinical prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods:A total of 143 patients who were diagnosed with “stable coronary heart disease”and had coronary angiography in the Department of Cardiology in Fujian Provincial People’s Hospital between March 2020 and February 2021 were selected to participate in the study. The data collected includes general data,UA,LDL-C values, coronary angiography results, and four diagnostic information.Four diagnostic information is used for TCM syndrome differentiation of patients.Coronary angiography results are used to calculate Gensini points. In addition, through the application of SPSS20.0software,the correlation between UA and LDL-C levels and TCM syndrome of coronary heart disease and degree of coronary artery disease is statistically analyzed.Results:1、There was no significant difference in the UA level of patients in the age group, body mass index group, and coronary artery stenosis group((P>0.05);the patient’s LDL level was in gender group, age group, body mass index group, smoking status There was no statistical difference between the groups within the group((P>0.05).2、The UA level of male patients is higher than that of female patients, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).3、The UA level of smoking patients is higher than that of non-smokers,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).4、Among different card types,Patients with phlegm stasis syndrome have the highest UA level, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);The LDL-C levels of patients with heart-Qi deficiency syndrome, phlegm stasis syndrome, and heart blood stasis syndrome are among the top three, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);Patients with heart blood stasis syndrome have the highest Gensini point, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).5、The Gensini points of patients with elevated UA are higher than those of patients without elevated UA,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);The LDL-C level is highest in the patients with severe stenosis according to Gensini points, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The Gensini points of patients with elevated LDL-C are higher than those of patients without elevated LDL-C,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).6、The analysis results show that the UA level is positively correlated with the degree of coronary stenosis(r=0.185,P=0.027<0.05),but has no correlation with the Gensini points. There is a positive correlation between LDL-C level andthe degree of coronary stenosis(r=0.275,P=0.001 < 0.01),there is a positive correlation between LDL-C level and Gensini points(r=0.204,P=0.015<0.05).Conclusion: 1、Blood uric acid and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol belong to the cat egory of latent pathogenic factors and fall in the body.In contrast, there are more male patients than female patients, and young patients are more severely affected than elderly patients. The increase in smoking and BMI can aggravate the condition. In addition to this king, factors such as diet and mood will also cause a certain degree of influence and change.2、The levels of blood uric acid and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with coronary heart disease syndrome of phlegm turbidity internal resistance and heart blood stasis syndrome have the most significant increases, and the increased levels are linearly positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery disease. It can be seen that the two are related to coronary heart disease. The occurrence and development of phlegm-turbid internal resistance syndrome and heart-blood stasis syndrome are closely related, which is consistent with the etiology and pathogenesis of latent pathogenic factors. |
