Objective:1.To analyze the expression characteristics of tumor markers(CEA,AFP,CAl9-9,CAl25)and immunohistochemical markers(Her-2,EGFR,Ki67)in serum and tissues of patients with gastric cancer.2.To explore the diagnostic value and prognostic evaluation of(CEA,AFP,CAl9-9,CAl25)and immunohistochemical markers(Her-2,EGFR,Ki67)in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:1.In this study,we retrospectively collected patients of concurrent gastric cancer during January 2015 to January 2017.We collected the tumor marker and immunohistochemical biomarkers and other clinical data of 249 patients. We described the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer,TNM stage, stomach invasion, tumor size,Degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis of 249 patients. All data were processed by SPSS 19.0 software. The data were measured by mean plus or minus standard deviation. The comparison between multiple groups was analyzed by variance analysis.Counting data was expressed by percentage. The comparison among multiple sample rates was checked by chi-square.The difference was statistically significant with P<0.05.Results:1.Serum tumor marker CEA expression in patients with gastric cancer in 47 cases, the positive rate was 18.89%,the expression of AFP positive in 7 cases, the positive rate was 3%.The positive expression of CAl9-9 in 47 cases, the positive rate was 18.9%.The positive expression of CAl25 in 3 cases, the positive rate was 1.2%.2.The levels of serum tumor markers in gastric cancer were statistically significant in the expression of CAl9-9,CAl25 and CEA in different clinical stages,P<0.05.The expression of AFP in different clinical stages was not statistically significant,P > 0.05.3.The expression of three of Her-2,EGFR and Ki67 were related to TNM staging,Degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05).The expression of Her-2 and EGFR was not related to sex, age,BMI,tumor location and tumor length(P > 0.05).The expression of Ki67 was not related to age, tumor location and tumor length(P > 0.05),but Ki67 was related to sex(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The positive expression rate of serum tumor markers CEA,AFP,CAl9-9 and CAl25 is relatively low in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Joint detection can be used to improve the clinical diagnosis rate of gastric cancer.2.The expression level of serum tumor markers CAl9-9,CAl25 and CEA was correlated with TNM staging,P < 0.05,the expression level of AFP was not correlated with clinical stage. The higher the expression level of CAl9-9,CAl25 and CEA,the worse the prognosis of the clinical stage was.The worse the prognosis was,the worse the prognosis of TNM was.3.The expressions of Her-2,EGFR and Ki67 were correlated with TNM staging,Degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis. The three can be used as important index for diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of gastric cancer.
