Advances In The Study Of Apoptosis Related Protein Caspase3 In Head And Neck Cancer

Cysteinyl aspartate specfic protease-3(Caspase-3)is the key protease in the process of apoptosis.The imbalance of cell proliferation and apoptosis plays a great role in the development of Tumor.The disorder of apoptosis regulation system is closely related to the formation and development of tumor,and has been confirmed in many studies.Caspase associated cascade reaction is the important pathway for apoptosis.Therefore,as a key enzyme in the process of apoptosis and effect,research on relationship between Caspase-3 and head and neck tumors has attracted much attention recently.In this paper,the role of Caspase-3 in head and neck cancer and its related mechanisms were reviewecd.
