Objective: Analysis of 96 cases of Gastroesophageal reflux disease(Gastroesophageal reflux diseases,GERD)in patients with TCM syndrome type distribution and sex, age, season, course and course of the disease and the disease, clinical symptoms, body mass index(bmi),esophageal mucosa under gastroscope and grading, complicating dyslipidemia and merge the relationship between the factors such as anxiety depression,to enrich the content of GERD retrospective study, for the future practical and objective basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of GERD.Methods:1.Source of cases: selected 96 cases of the department of spleen and stomach disease of mianyang central hospital on December 31,2013.After inclusion and exclusion criteria, the medical records of this study were selected.2.The consensus opinion on TCM diagnosis and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(2017),formulated by the expert group of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine association,is the diagnostic standard of TCM in this study;Western medical diagnostic criteria refer to the consensus opinion of Chinese gastroesophageal reflux disease(2014)formulated by the expert group on gastroesophageal reflux disease in China. And record patients' sex, age, season, course and course of the disease and the disease, clinical symptoms, body mass index(bmi),esophageal mucosa under gastroscope and grading, dyslipidemia and the combining state of anxiety, depression, and so on and so forth.3.Based on the existing literature,a retrospective study method was used to collect four diagnostic data of GERD patients and establish an information database to explore the distribution law of GERD TCM syndromes.Results:1.In this study, the frequency of TCM syndromes from high to low frequency are the liver and stomach heat syndrome,Qi yu phlegm obstruction syndrome, the deficiency of qi and qi,blood stasis syndrome, spleen deficiency dampness heat syndrome and gallbladder syndrome.2.The male is mostly liver and stomach heat syndrome, and the female is mostly qi and depressed phlegm, and the elderly are more frequently seen in blood stasis syndrome and spleen deficiency dampness syndrome.Young people are more commonly seen in liver and stomach heat syndrome,middle-aged people are more common in qi yu phlegm.3.Of the 96 cases, the most common occurrence was in autumn, with 33 cases in total, and the remaining seasons were in summer > spring > winter.4.Among the 96 cases, there were 32 patients with a disease duration of more than 3years.The course of the disease was 22 in March,15 in 1-3 years,14 in 3-6 months, and 13 in July and December.5.The most common anti acid in this study,a total of 43 times, the diagnosis to bilge full, retrosternal stabbing pain, belching, heartburn, throat if any sputum terrier frequency ranging from 35 to 42 times, generic spit water only appeared in the virtual reversed flow of qi in the card,a total of 9 cases.6.The 96 patients were divided into 5 categories according to the body mass index, among which the obesity group was the most common, and the remaining group was ranked as the normal group > group > group > severely obese group.7.The most common normal esophageal mucosa under gastroscope,a total of 80 cases of abnormal order from high to low was: red/hyperemia edema > erosion =orange lining up over the stomach esophagus boundary > erosion fusion phenomenon= ulcer(esophagus); In the classification of RE patients under gastroscope, there were6 cases of grade A,and the remaining rank order was B class >C class >D.8.Of the 36 patients with hyperlipidemia in GERD in this study,14 were mixed hyperlipidemia(TC +TG);Of the 20 patients with anxiety and depression in GERD,11 were the most anxious.9.This study of TCM syndrome type and age, clinical manifestation of GERD significant differences(P < 0.05),and sex, season, duration, body mass index, esophageal mucosa under gastroscope performance and classification, combined hyperlipidemia and disorder of anxiety depression were no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.TCM syndromes are most common in liver and stomach heat syndrome and qi depression.Males are more common in liver and stomach syndrome, and women are more common in qi and depression. Therefore, different treatment principles should be followed in the treatment of this disease.2.There are significant differences between TCM syndromes and age factors. Therefore, the corresponding treatment and preventive measures should be adopted according to the syndromes of different age stages.3.Mixed hyperlipidemia in virtual reversed flow of qi in the card's most widely distributed, anxious state are mainly distributed in qi depression phlegm obstruction in the license and certificate of virtual reversed flow of qi,therefore after the Chinese medicine dialectical analysis on patients with GERD is a virtual reversed flow of qi in the card, can be combined with the actual situation, consider lipid examination and determination of anxiety self-assessment scale, when necessary to changes in the treatment of the good way of life and cooperate with medical treatment, etc.
