Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease In Du Meridian Back Positive Point Distribution And Curative Effect Of Acupuncture

Objective:To understand the distribution of tenderness,nodules and other positive reaction points in the body surface position in the patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease,and to explore the relationship between gastroesophageal reflux disease and psychosocial factors.The relationship between reflux symptoms,psychosocial aspects and positive response points was observed after treatment with bronchial acupuncture.Methods:60 cases of GERD patients,the use of tender point check method,check and record the patient's dorsal peduncle tenderness and nodules and other positive reaction point frequency,the number of vertebral spinous process under the frequency of tenderness,tenderness.The positive reaction points were acupuncture treatment,3 times a week,4 weeks of treatment,using RDQ,SAS,SDS scale before and after treatment of symptom score and efficacy evaluation.Results:There were 53 patients with tenderness,no pain but 5 nodules,pain in the T1-T12 segment showed a significant middle high,two low trend,T5-T7 reached a peak.In the T3-T9 segment of the pain is heavier,the rest lighter.RDQ,SAS and SDS were lower than those before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was 15.63 ±7.75,13.53±9.36,10.80±7.47,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The number of positive points before and after treatment was p>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:By investigating the positive response point of Du,most GERD patients with Du's back tenderness or nodules,mainly in the T5-T7 segment.The degree of pain varies from person to person,the more painful segments are in the T3-T9 segment.The positive reaction point as a treatment with the hole,not only improve the reflux symptoms,but also significantly improve the psychological state of patients,the number of positive points after treatment did not decrease.
