| Objective To observe the changes of fasting blood nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)Taking the musk before and after dripping pills(refer to our hospital normal subjects reference value),to explore the relationship between slow blood flow and vascular endothelial dysfunction,and then evaluate the effect of musk Tongxiang dripping on coronary blood flow vascular endothelial function The protection of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of coronary heart disease provide a scientific theoretical basis.Methods A total of 60 patients were enrolled in our study.Their coronary angiography was used to diagnose coronary blood flow in our hospital from 2015 to 2017.They were randomly divided into experimental group(Musk Tongxin Dripping Pill combined with atorvastatin,trimetazidine(N = 30)and conventional control group(atorvastatin,trimetazidine tablet western medicine standard treatment group,30 cases),the course of treatment was set at 6 months.The levels of nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the fasting blood of the treatment group and the routine control group at 6 months after treatment were observed.Monocular symptoms change,while adverse reactions(including allergic reactions,gastrointestinal adverse reactions,etc.)were observed.Resultsa.The levels of nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1)and hs-CRP in 60 patients with coronary artery blood flow before fasting were measured.Slow blood flow in patients with coronary vascular endothelial dysfunction.b.a total of 60 cases were included in this clinical study,of which 60 cases completed clinical trials,the results show: patients with coronary endothelial secretion improved in the experimental group 30 cases,NO content,ET-1 and hs-CRP measured values,The control group 30 cases,NO content,ET-1 and hs-CRP measured values,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).c.According to the standard of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the total effective rate was 84.52% in the experimental group and 67.69% in the conventional control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).For chest pain,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Coronary angiography in patients with chronic coronary artery flow decreased NO,ET-1 and hs-CRP levels decreased,indicating the existence of coronary flow slow Coronary endothelial dysfunction.Musk Tongxin Dripping Pill combined with western medicine program for coronary blood flow in patients with coronary endothelial secretion of standard Western medicine compared with the program,there was a statistically significant difference.Musk Tongxin Dripping Pill can relieve chest pain in patients with slow coronary flow and protect vascular endothelium secretion in patients with slow coronary flow. |
