The doctor-patient dispute is the antagonism,exclusion and even violent conflict caused by medical results,medical expenses,medical technology,medical time,hospital service,medical bribe and so on.In recent years,the doctor-patient disputes have been characterized by rapid increase in quantity,increasing intensity,rapid expansion of scale,great influence of public opinion and so on,which reflect the current medical management system in China and the inadaptability of social management system and social development in China.In particular,in the face of collective medical incidents and violent injuries,the existing doctor-patient consultation,administrative handling and judicial channels are all shown as a kind of post treatment,which does not have a timely response.This situation is very easy to stimulate patients' irrational behavior of safeguarding rights,and sharpening the contradictions of dispute handling subjects.It can be said that the doctor-patient dispute is the concentrated embodiment of the social contradictions in the health industry during the transition period.To build a harmonious and orderly society,it is urgent to establish a coping mechanism that can sustains the contradiction between doctors and patients and prevent the conflict between doctors and patients.From the perspective of crisis management,this paper analyzes the current situation,problems and optimization directions of the doctor-patient dispute disposal mechanism of Z Hospital in Guizhou Province,which is divided into six parts.The first part discusses the background,purpose and significance of the topic,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the research ideas and methods.The second part mainly discusses the theory of doctor-patient disputes and crisis management.The third part introduces the plan of doctor-patient dispute of Z Hospital in Guizhou province.The fourth part,combined with the case,analyzes the existing problems in the doctor-patient dispute disposal mechanism of Z hospital in Guizhou province.The fifth part puts forward the optimization direction of the prevention mechanism,treatment mechanism and smooth mechanism of Z hospital in Guizhou province.The sixth part is the conclusion.Crisis management means that the disposal mechanism of doctor-patient disputes is a systematic project.It should not only pay attention to preventive management at the source,reduce the probability of the occurrence of doctor-patient disputes,but also have timely and effective measures to minimize the dangers that the doctor-patient disputes may bring,and pay attention to the aftermath and recovery after the doctor-patient disputes,Rebuild harmonious doctor-patient relationship and reshape the image of hospital saving lives.Therefore,the disposal mechanism of doctor-patient disputes from the perspective of crisis management involves three basic aspects: prevention,treatment and rehabilitation.It is a dynamic management process that needs continuous improvement and improvement under the joint efforts of the government,society,hospitals and patients.
