Research On The Application Of Crisis Management In Medical Disputes

With the development of market economy,there are many contradictions between doctors and patients,the relationship between doctors and patients is not as harmonious as before,and the disputes between doctors and patients are increasing day by day,and the whole society pays great attention to them.Many cases show that if the treatment of medical disputes is not timely and inappropriate,it will cause more loss and bring negative effects to the hospital.The original contradiction will upgrade to a crisis.Therefore,the proper treatment of medical disputes should establish a system of crisis management.This paper uses the methods of literature review,case study,questionnaire,interview,observation and other methods to analyze the crisis and crisis in theory.In the premise of reading references,with the connotation of the definition of the concept of crisis,crisis management and characteristics,learning from the research results of crisis management theory and the experience of crisis management by developed countries,we in-depth analysed the relation between doctor-patient disputes and crisis.We probed the doctor-patient dispute situation,causes and disposal methods of medical disputes in Changzhou.We introduced the typical medical dispute cases of Changzhou maternal and child health care hospital,and analyzed the successes and deficiencies of crisis management in dealing with disputes.By using the theory of crisis management knowledge,practice,goals,principles of Changzhou medical dispute crisis management framework,we deliberated the crisis management of medical disputes by government departments,medical institutions and legal protection in Changzhou.We held that crisis management is different from common management concepts and management methods.It is efficient,high quality and scientific.Nowadays,disputes between doctors and patients occur from time to time and required scientific and effective management.If the crisis management can be applied to any medical dispute,then the dispute will be handled more time,worry,effort,and consolidate the foundation of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
