Objective : Discuss the advantages and disadvantages between PELD and MIS-TLIF during the lumbar disc protrusion treatment.Method:Analyze the clinical data according to 60 patients who has lumbar disc herniation that has been treated in Yanan University Affiliated Hospltal from January 2013 to October 2016 patients are divided into a mirror group :32 cases that has been treated with PELD technique, and a channel group(28 cases)that has been treated with MIS-TLIF technique. The patients are followed up for 12 months after the operation.Compare two groups with their operation time, hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses. In the meantime, the pain visual analogue(VAS)score and ODI score are put into use to evaluate the effects.Result:The operation time, hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the mirror group are less than those of the channel group, differences are statistically significant(P <0.05).After the operation,VAS scores indicates that the pain that mirror group suffers better than channel group after 2 weeks of the operation, differences are statistically significant(P <0.05).On the other hand,ODI indicate that both groups has been improved, there is no statistical difference(P >0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, both PELD and MIS-TLIF technique can achieve a satisfactory result, but in the recent treatment effect,PELD is better than MIS-TLIF,but the long-term effect is not significantly different to the other.
