ObjeCTive:To investigate the correlation between CT features,pathology and the expression ofKi-67 and TTF-1 in peripheral lung cancer.Methods:We ColleCTed 59 cases with peripheral lung cancer confirmed by pathology,all patients were using 320 slice spiral CT scan and enhanced scan.The CT features included.The expression ofKi-67 antigen and TTF-1 were deteCTed by immunohistochemical staining,and compared with the pathological type and CT features of lung cancer.Results:1.Correlation analysis of pathological type withKi-67 antigen proliferation index and TTF-1 expressionThe positive index ofKi-67 antigen in squamous cell carcinoma is higher than that in adenocarcinoma.The positive rate of TTF-1 expression in adenocarcinoma is higher than that in squamous cell carcinoma.2.Correlation analysis of CT features withKi-67 antigen proliferation index and TTF-1 expressionDeep lobulation,tumor diameter≥3.0cm,the enhanced CT value≥20 HU or hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes in lung cancer,theKi-67 antigen positive index is higher,the expression of TTF-1 had no significant difference.Pleural indentation,bronchial gas phase,theKi-67 antigen positive index is lower,and the gas phase of lung cancer,the positive expression rate of TTF-1 is higher,and pleural indentation of lung cancer,the expression of TTF-1 had no significant difference.There were no statistically significant differences inKi-67 antigen positive index and TTF-1 expression between lung cancer with vacuole sign,burr sign or calcification.3.The relationship betweenKi-67 and TTF-1 expressionThe positive index ofKi-67 antigen in TTF-1 positive lung cancer is lower than that in negative.Conclusion:1.The proliferative activity of squamous cell carcinoma is adenocarcinoma.TTF-1(+)can be used as a specific index for diagnosing adenocarcinoma,and high expression of TTF-1 can predict the prognosis of patients with good prognosis.2.Deep lobulation,enhanced CT value is more than 20 HU,the diameter of the tumor was more than 3.0cm,hilar and CT images with(or)patients with enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes,high proliferation activity of the tumor cells;pleural indentation,patients with bronchial meteorological CT image,the low proliferation activity of tumor cells,and bronchial meteorological CT images,can have a relatively good prediction of the survival prognosis of patients.3.The MSCT signs of peripheral lung cancer and immunohistochemistry of Ki-67 antigen proliferation index,TTF-1(+/-)expression of the combination of analysis,to determine the pathological type,evaluate the proliferative activity of tumor cells and to give appropriate treatment and clinical significance.
