Selection Of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy For Colon Cancer

Colon cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive system in China,morbidity and mortality are high,and early surgical resection is the main treatment.But most of the patients were found to have advance d,and that is hard to resection,even lost the chance of radical resection.The application of neoadjuvant chemotherapy reduced the clinical stage of tumor,and improved the surgical resection rate,especially with the joi nt application of targeted drugs significantly reduce the risk of postoper ative recurrence and metastasis.Objective: to understand the application p rinciples of neoadjuvant chemotherapy,the therapeutic effect and how to select appropriate chemotherapy for different patients.Method:based on the system description in this paper,the mechanism of action of neoadju vant chemotherapy in the conventional chemotherapy drugs and common adverse reactions occur,and chemotherapy in the clinical treatment effect,thus to provide guidance for the selection of neoadjuvant chemothera py regimens.Conclusion: FOLFOX scheme,Cape OX scheme and FOLFI RI scheme in neoadjuvant chemotherapy have a good effect on colon ca ncer patients,especially in combination with targeted drugs,and the ther apeutic effect is more significant,among them,the application of Cape O X scheme is more convenient.FOLFIRI scheme has a higher disease co ntrol rate for patients with drug resistance of oxaliplatin chemotherapy.
