Clinical Study Of Diabetic Ophthalmic Renal Microvascular Disease Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of TCM differentiation and differentiation of diseases on non proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR)and / ordiabetic kidney disease(DKD),to evaluate the difference of curative effect between the treatment of differential diagnosis of diabetic microangiopathy and the treatment of fixed prescription,and to explore the application of the thought of combination of disease and syndrome in the treatment of microvascular lesions of diabetic disease.Methods:20 patients with non proliferative diabetic retinopathy and non proliferative diabetic retinopathy combined with diabetic kidney disease were enrolled according to the inclusion criteria according to the inclusion criteria.It is divided into two groups.The disease differentiation group was treated with basic treatment plus Qiming Granule plus disease combined with partial / concurrent drugs.The treatment group was treated with basic therapy plus Qiming granule,the treatment period was 3months.The efficacy of TCM syndrome,visual acuity,fundus,fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,creatinine,urinary creatinine ratio and eGFR were observed.Result:1.NPDR treatment group and NPDR combined with DKD treatment group were improved after 1 months,2 months and 3 months.After 3 months of treatment,there was a significant difference between the fixed group and the syndrome differentiation treatment group(P < 0.05).Among them,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the NPDR treatment group was 70% and 50% in the fixed treatment group;the total effective rate of TCM syndrome differentiation in the NPDR combined with DKD treatment group was 80%,and the fixed treatment group was 60%.2.NPDR treatment group and the NPDR combined with DKD treatment group was increased with the increase of the treatment cycle,and the visual acuity was improved after 3 months of treatment.The difference was statistically significant in the treatment group and the differentiation treatment group(P<0.05).The force is betterthan the fixed group.3.NPDR treatment group and NPDR combined with DKD treatment group in the fixed group and the syndrome differentiation group of microangioma,exudation,bleeding after 3 months were improved,the two groups(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the differentiation of syndrome differentiation treatment group in improving the fundus is a little better than the fixed treatment group.4.NPDR treatment group and the NPDR combined with DKD treatment group were improved after 3 months of fasting blood glucose treatment in the treatment group and the differentiation treatment group.The two groups were compared(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The effect of the treatment group of differentiation and differentiation of diseases was better than that of the fixed treatment group.5.NPDR treatment group,the blood creatinine,eGFR,and urine protein creatinine ratio in the treatment group and the differentiation treatment group were compared for3 months,the two groups were compared(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.The blood creatinine,eGFR and urine protein creatinine in the treatment group of NPDR combined with DKD treatment were improved after 3 months of treatment,and the two groups were compared(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The treatment group of differentiation of syndrome differentiation and treatment in the treatment group was better than the fixed treatment group in improving the renal function and reducing the urine protein side.Conclusion:1.Qi Ming granule not only has a certain effect on the non proliferative diabetic retinopathy,but also has obvious effect on the treatment of non proliferative diabetic retinopathy with diabetic nephropathy.2.Qi Ming granule can improve the clinical symptoms and fundus microcirculation of the patients to a certain extent,so as to improve the visual acuity of the patients,and the treatment effect is better after the Qi Ming granule + differentiation of disease syndrome differentiation.3.only taking Qi Ming granule and Qi Ming Granule plus differentiation of diseases can reduce the patient’s fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin,but the effect of Qi Ming granule + differentiation of disease after the syndrome differentiation is more obvious.4.the treatment of diabetic retinopathy with diabetic nephropathy can not only protect the renal function of patients with diabetic retinopathy,but also reduce the effect of urinary albumin.
