The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Diabetic Kidney Disease With Invigorating Qi And Activating Blood,Clearing Heat And Dissipating Dampness(Qi Deficiency And Dampness Stasis Syndrome)

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to explore the feasibility,safety and effectiveness of the method of Supplementing Qi,activating blood circulation and clearing away heat and dampness in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease,providing more and broader treatment ideas for the treatment of diabetic kidney diseases,and further guiding clinical practice and serving clinical practice.By comparing the clinical effect of Western medicine treatment and Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease,Qi deficiency and dampness and stasis typeMethods:According to the relevant standards of this clinical observation,64 diabetic nephropathy patients who met the relevant standard recently in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the randomized control principle.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment and Erbesartan tablet.The treatment group was treated with the Yiqi Huoxue and Qingre Huashi traditional Chinese medicine according to the basic treatment of the control group.Observation of eligible patients in the clinical symptoms before and after treatment to improve the situation,the comprehensive curative effect,changes of urinary protein,blood lipids,coagulation indexes,changes of metabolic function and sugar related indicators of liver and kidney,further evaluation of clinical efficacy and safety,after 8 weeks of treatment and 2 months of short-term follow-up。Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.50% compared with 75% in the control group.The data of the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.After the treatment,two groups of urine protein were reduced,prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time was prolonged,the treatment group was better than control group better.TCM syndrome scores were significantly improved,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The drug related adverse events were not found in the test process and follow-up,and the safety assessment was good.Conclusion:Supplementing Qi,activating blood circulation and clearing away heat and dampness treatment of diabetic kidney disease in patients with clinical symptoms,reduce proteinuria,prolongation of prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time has certain curative effect,good safety,less side effects,can be used in clinical practice.
