Research On The Characteristics Of TCM For The Treatment Of Tuberculosis Based On Ancient Documents

Purpose: To collect ancient doctor’s academic experience in the differentiation and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis through analysis of pulmonary tuberculosis in ancient times and exploring the understanding of the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Then using data mining software to summarize the ancient doctors’ herb regularity for the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis and its characteristics in order to lay a theoretical foundation for further research of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis,and provide literature basis for the development of specific herbs for drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis,and also provide reference for contemporary doctors to treat pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:1.The ancient names of pulmonary tuberculosis were determined through literature review,which will make preparation for the further retrieving and collecting prescriptions and also for setting searching standard..2.The ancient literature included in the Chinese medical dictionary is the search scope.The searching words include "chuanshi","consumptive disease Zhu" "resin Zhu" "worm Zhu" "poison Zhu" “lung impotence disease” "bone steaming" "consumption and cough" "urgent consumption" "pulmonary consumption" "tuberculosis Zhai".According to the standards,283 prescriptions of pulmonary tuberculosis were collected in the ancient medical records from the qin and han dynasties to ming and qing dynasties,and they were used as the research object to carry out statistical research.3.This paper summarized 283 prescriptions,and got the prescription form and Chinese medicine table for the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.4.The paper analyzed the data contained in the prescription form and Chinese medicine table using Chinese medicine inherits auxiliary platform software,combined with statistical analysis of theory of traditional Chinese in herb frequency,category,flavor and contribution in order to explore the herb rule and characteristics of the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis by ancient doctors.Results :1."Peach blossom Zhu" in ancient documents of related symptoms and tuberculosis are consistent basically."Consumption" and "tuberculosis" are generally associated with pulmonary tuberculosis.2.The results of the statistical analysis of the prescriptions and herbs were: the prescription of treating pulmonary tuberculosis by the ancient doctors,mainly with the tonic herbs,the hot herbs,the nourishing Yin herbs,the cough herbs,exterioring-releasing herbs.The drug is closely related to the five organs,and its medicinal properties are not obvious in the cold and heat properties,and the drug taste is mostly sweet,bitter,and spicy.Conclude:1.Early in ancient China,as before the song and yuan dynasties,there was no specific name for pulmonary tuberculosis,and there was no specific definition and corresponding disease name for tuberculosis.After the song dynasty,"consumption of tuberculosis",which basically refers to the name of tuberculosis,was put forward and widely used,but it was not completely separated from the general weakness of chronic pulmonary disease.Since the introduction of the corpse from han and tang dynasty,it has been used by various medical practitioners,including tuberculosis but also some diseases that modern medicine considers to be other diseases.These ambiguous situations bring some difficulties to modern research,but they can solve this problem by means of conditions.2.The cause of tuberculosis,the external cause mainly is the consumption of tuberculosis in the lung and the external sensation six;Internal cause is the excessive work,the drunkenness of the room results in a weak,phlegm,blood stasis,internal and external cause of common problems.Its pathogenesis is false positive.Its central kidney deficiency is the root of the disease.Phlegm and blood stasis are the characteristics of the pathogenesis of the disease.The invasion of tuberculosis is the necessary condition.3.The treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis is mainly aimed at the prevention and cure of evil,killing insects,reinforcing deficiency,removing phlegm and removing blood stasis,combining with relieving cough and phlegm.In general,the use of the herbs is mainly to improve the treatment of the main body,and to promote the treatment of lung and cough.However,before the early period of song and yuan dynasty,it also showed that it was the first to eliminate the consumption tuberculosis insecticidal,and the benefits were later featured.
