Research On Characteristics Of Syndromes In Headaches Based On Ancient Literature Mining

Objective This topic collects information on headache pathogenesis,disease location,and syndrome classification contained in the ancient books of ancient medical history in a comprehensive manner,and uses modern data mining techniques to organize the theoretical origins and development of headache-related diseases of traditional Chinese medicine.summed up a set of systematic theoretical framework of headache syndrome characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,and used to guide clinical practice,for colleagues engaged in headache diagnosis and treatment how to use theory to clinical practice to provide a powerful reference.Methods This study is based on the ancient medical records related to headaches that existed from the pre-Qin period to the late Qing dynasty.The fifth edition of the “Chinese Medical Dictionary”,the web search superstar,the reading and learning hundred chain academic search database and the manual retrieval of printed ancient books were searched through the CD.The literature includes "headache","head wind","primary wind","brain wind","headache","headache headache","real headache","brain pain","bone pain",""Lei Feng teng" searches for search terms,retrieves relevant articles on headaches,and conducts research on the contents of headaches recorded in ancient books,focusing on the role of various pathogenic factors in the development of headache syndromes.Discussion on the causes of headaches;Distribution and analysis of the syndrome elements of headaches,that is,on the syndromes of headaches;The extraction of syndromes of headaches from syndrome research,that is,on the disease location of headaches;and The treatment of headaches.Prevention.Using the frequency statistics method,the frequency of the disease location of the extracted headache was counted,the statistical table of the disease location was established,and the distribution law of the disease location was analyzed.Results This study included a total of 939 items in the search literature.After screening the literature,we obtained 731 items of eligible literature.We extracted the disease symptoms from the retrieved headache texts,and finally obtained 12 disease-causing elements.The frequency of occurrence of the meridians was the highest.For the 31.05%,the top five rankings for the remaining frequencies were liver(13.74%),heart(11.81%),brain(10.55%),and spleen(8.17%).Conclusion Diagnosing headaches from the meridians is an important method for ancient physicians to treat headaches and has long played an important role in treating headaches.Headache is not independent liver,but the disorder of dirty,sputum,and Qiheng can all lead to headache.Among them,liver and headache are the most closely related.
