Objective: To explore and establish a quantitative and comprehensive method for occupational health assessment,this paper tried to use the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation model.Methods: We established a risk –factor index system which is suitable for coal chemistry enterprise in XinJiang by reading relevant laws,Chinese standards,papers and suggestions from experts.The weights of quantitative index was determined by risk matrix analysis and a new fuzzy analytic hierarchy progress(FAHP)method and the qualitative index was determined by opinions of experts and the new FAHP method.The membership matrix of indexes of all levels were based on evaluation set.With multiple fuzzy mathematics operation we got the risk assessment results of the coal chemistry enterprise in XinJiang.Results: We established a risk-factor index system from eight aspects such as choosing-address and total-layout,the process of production and equipment layout,the protective facilities of occupational hazards,the personal protective equipment,health of building and the room for lend support,the management of occupational health,the capability of emergency rescue and the occupational health surveillance.We established and applied the model to a coal chemistry enterprise in XinJiang,by our method,we reached a conclusion that the evaluation vector of the coal chemistry enterprise was(0.331,0.379,0.234,0.061,0.022),which belonged to the low risk level(37.9%).From eight primary indexes,choosing-address and total-layout,the process of production and equipment layout,the protective facilities of occupational hazards,and the capability of emergency rescue belonged to the negligible risk level,the membership grade was 42.4%,50.7%,30.6%,55.1%;the personal protective equipment,health of building and the room for lend support,the occupational health surveillancebelonged to the low risk level,the membership grade was 49.9%,39.0%,50.3%;the management of occupational health belonged to medium risk level,the membership grade was 34.3%.Conclusions: 1.The fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method was suitable for the occupational risk assessment of coal chemistry enterprise;2.Compared with traditional methods,the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method could deal with a great deal of indexes with fuzzy properties quantificationally and synthetically.3.According to the results of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation,we could attenuate occupational risk by reason analysis and taking action.
