ObjectiveWith knee osteoarthritis patients as for the study of carrier,healthy subjects as controls,we have observed change of morphology,physical characteristics ofknee joint local acupuncture points,sensitive points and explored sensitive point distribution,pain threshold,shell temperature change.Further research coincidence degree with sensitized status area and traditional acupuncture point,different state of sensitization(touch sensitive,tenderness threshold,the threshold temperature,etc.)To explore the main form of acupoint sensitization phenomenon.MethodsWith patients aged 40 years and older who meet the criteria for the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis in the 2007 guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis as experimental group,healthy subjects as controls.Use instruments Fotric 226 Infrared thermal imager,Electronic VonFrey(IITC),and WAGNER INSTRUMENTS testing the changes of pain threshold,mechanical pain threshold and body surface temperature of patients and healthy subjects.Results 1.The frequency of the acupoints in the top 3 of the patients with knee osteoarthritis is the Weizhong,Dubi,Weiyang acupoints.The the distribution of the most sensitive sites of palpation is 7,1,and 4 area.2.Pain threshold of acupoints and sensitive points in patients with knee osteoarthritis(1)The threshold of pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis was lower than that in healthy subjects.Patients with acupoint pressure pain threshold average value of the most obvious changes in Ququan acupoints,Xuehai and Weizhong,68.19% the average value of pain threshold in patients with knee osteoarthritis was lower than that of healthy subjects.(2)The average value of the tenderness threshold of the sensitive points of the patients with knee osteoarthritis in different regions,the results showed that the most obvious change rate was 9,2,and 4 area.(3)The mechanical pain threshold of patients with knee osteoarthritis was lower than that of healthy subjects.The most obvious changes of the knee osteoarthritis patients were Liangqiu?Xiguan?Weiyang acupoints.62.63% the average value of mechanical pain threshold in patients with knee osteoarthritis was lower than that of healthy subjects.(4)The change rate of the average value of mechanical pain threshold of the patients with knee osteoarthritis in the same area was compared with that of the healthy subjects.The results showed that the most obvious change rate was 3,2,and 9 area.3.Analysis of temperature characteristics of acupoints and sensitive points in patients with knee osteoarthritis(1)The temperature of acupoints and sensitive points in patients with knee osteoarthritis were higher than those in healthy subjects.The most obvious changes of acupoints average temperature for knee osteoarthritis patients wereYingu,Heding,Zusanli acupoints.(2)Compared with the healthy subjects,the highest average temperature change of the sensitive points in the same area was 7,11 and 6 area,while the most obvious change area of Minimum mean temperature was 7,11,and 12 area.4.Analysis of the characteristics of acupoints,pain threshold and temperature in patients with knee osteoarthritis(1)Acupoint hyperalgesia and Acupoint thermosensitive were found with Zusanli,weiyang.Weizhong in patients with knee osteoarthritis(2)The sensitive points outside the knee joint in knee osteoarthritis were higher than those in the lateral and posterior sides of the knee joint.5.Comparative analysis of sensitive points and adjacent acupoints in patients with knee osteoarthritisSPSS software t was used to analyze the sensitivity threshold,the mechanical pain threshold,the highest temperature and the lowest temperature of the sensitive points and adjacent acupoints in the same area of the knee osteoarthritis patients,and the results showed that P>0.05.Conclusions 1.Under the condition of disease,the threshold value of pain threshold and mechanical pain threshold were decreased,whlie body surface temperature increased in patients with knee osteoarthritis.2.The knee medial surface morphology,pain threshold value and physical characteristics(temperature)of knee osteoarthritis patients were significantly changed in medial aspect of knee joint,and the coincidence degree of multiple sensitivity indicators was higher.3.The pain sensitization rate was 62.63%-68.19%,and the thermal sensitivity is 81.29%-81.84%.4.The sensitive points in the same area of the knee osteoarthritis patients were amplified by adjacent acupoints.
