Objective:In this study, acupoint tenderness, acupoint tenderness threshold, acupoint surface temperature,WOMAC index(Canada),short McGiLL pain questionnaire were used as observation indicators in patients with osteoarthritis of both knees.Intervention methods:By observing the changes of the above indicators before and after acupuncture intervention, analyzing the changes of different sensitization forms of acupoint sensitization in knee osteoarthritis patients, and exploring the changes in sensitization forms such as tenderness, tenderness range, and temperature characteristics,Further explore the mechanism of acupoint sensitization and provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritisMethods:Twenty-eight patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected as subjects.Based on body surface sensation and biophysical characteristics, based on the results of previous preliminary tests and literature evaluation, acupoint sensitization in patients with knee osteoarthritis was selected. The acupuncture points of the rate are:EX-LE2,EX-LE5,ST36,SP10,ST35,KI10,GB34,ST34,LR8,LR7,SP9,GV4,BL39,GB39,BL23,BL11,GV3,BL40,GB40.Before the intervention, the tender threshold and surface temperature of the above points were measured, and the WOMAC index(Canada)and the simple McGiLL pain questionnaire were measured. At the same time, the tender points near the knee joint of the patient were detected. The number and location of the points were counted, and 56 sets of effective data were obtained. After that, acupuncture intervention was carried out, combined with meridian selection, local selection of acupuncture points, combined with the actual situation of the patient, using the acupuncture needle method, applying appropriate techniques, and retaining the needle for 30 minutes for 7 consecutive days. Two days after the end of the intervention, the number and distribution blocks of tender points, acupoint tenderness threshold, acupoint surface temperature,WOMAC index(Canada),and simple McGiLL pain questionnaire were measured.Analysis:?WOMAC index(Canada),simple McGiLL pain questionnaire Changes before and after acupuncture intervention;?Changes in the number of tender points before and after the intervention, and distribution of pre-intervention tender spots;?Changes in the average value of the subject's overall point tenderness threshold and the average value of the surface temperature of the point before and after the intervention; The average value of tenderness threshold and average surface temperature of selected points of the test subjects changed before and after acupuncture intervention.Results:1.After acupuncture intervention, the WOMAC index and the short form McGiLL pain questionnaire scores were reduced before and after the self-comparison(P<0.05).2.After acupuncture intervention, the number of tender points decreased before and after the self-comparison,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before the acupuncture intervention, the top four sites of the patient's tender points were:Block 7,Zone Block 4,Block 1,Block 11,and the number of occurrences are:120 times,70 times,47 times,43 times.3.After acupuncture intervention, the patient's overall tenderness tolerance increased compared with that before acupuncture(P<0.05);compared with before and after acupuncture,SP10,ST34,LR8,KI10,EX-LE5,ST35,BL39,SP9,LR7,GB34,BL40,and GB39 were increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).EX-LE2,ST36,GV3,GV4,BL23,BL11,and GB40 were no statistically significant difference before and after acupuncture(P>0.05).4.After acupuncture intervention, the subject's overall acupoint surface temperature change was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before and after the comparison, the surface temperature before and after acupuncture at selected acupuncture points was not considered to be different(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.While the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis are relieved, the overall degree of tenderness tolerance of sensitized points is increased, and the points near the knee joint are the main ones.2.Knee osteoarthritis tender spots mainly occur on the medial side of the knee joint, the popliteal fossa and its vicinity. As the symptoms improve, the number of tender spots decreases.3.Sensitized state acupoints,as the external manifestations of the nature of the disease, are closely related to the internal disease, and the degree of sensitization is synchronized with the change of the disease.
