| Objective:1.Study the effect of probiotics on miRNA-10 a expression in serum during perioperative period of colorectal cancer.2.Explore the mechanism of probiotics to improve the function of intestinal mucosal barrier in colorectal cancer patients,and provide scientific basis for better clinical application of probiotics.Methods:Strictly according to the inclusion criteria collected in shanxi large hospital general surgery during 2017.6-2017.12,sixty patients with colorectal cancer treated by surgery as the research object,its were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The experimental group took probiotics from 3 days before operation to 7 days after operation,and the control group took placebo tablets 3 days before operation to 7 days after operation.The radical operation of colorectal cancer was performed by the same group of physicians and all patients signed the informed consent.The expression levels of miRNA-10 a in the serum were detected 3 days before surgery and 7 days after surgery,and the relationship between the changes of miRNA-10 a expression levels and the clinical data was investigated.Results:Intragroup comparison: The relative expression of miRNA-10 a on the 7th day afteroperation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that on the 3rd day before operation,and the difference was statistically significant.(P =0.000),while the the relative expression of miRNA-10 a in the control group on the 7th day after operation was not significantly different from that on the 3rd day before operation.(P = 0.285).Comparison between groups: the experimental group before and after taking probiotics miRNA-10 a change of the relative expression level was obviously higher than that of control group before and after take a placebo pill,showed the oral probiotics to colorectal cancer perioperative miR-10 a expression differences statistically significant(P <0.05).The effect of probiotics on the expression of miRNA-10 a in patients with colorectal cancer was not statistically significant in terms of gender,age,BMI,location,Dukes stage and operation.(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The application of probiotics during perioperative period of colorectal cancer can increase the expression of miRNA-10 a.2.The effect of probiotics on the expression of miRNA-10 a in colorectal cancer during perioperative period is not related to the patient’s gender,age,BMI,location,Dukes stage,and surgical method. |
